I actually came with a friend for a gastric surgery, through a friend that referred me. I had a very good experience from the safe, the workers in the hospital, clinic and the hotel. Muhammad it's so professional with his work, very calm and respectful, laugh over everything. His customers service is so great. I enjoyed my days spent their and I will be glad to come back again.

Very attentive and polite. Gave all the information needed and explain all the details.

Damla attended to me and her response were very fast....she is a kind of person who listens to details and she is very nice.

Monoclinic,I am assisted by Duru, she has explained the process to detail and is very patient with me,always available when ever I have questions. She has been helpful from day one.

My experience at the mono clinic group has been nothing but fantastic from day 1, Sila the medical consultant had great communication skills via watsapp made me feel comfortable to book with Mono clinic never pushed me into anything just very understanding from the beginning, along with Beste who also has been absolutely fantastic any worries or concerns she got straight back to me no hanging around I wanted to talk to my surgeon before I came to turkey via video call Bestie arranged this very promptly and I got to talk to my surgeon she's thoughtful and reassuring! On my arrival I had a chaperone Said, he was a very nice man explained everything to me reassured me and assisted me up until the hospital that's when took helped me there onwards and she was funny kind calming person a hand to hold to calm the nerves before heading down for my operation took also had a guy who was doing the same job as her but I'm so sorry I can't remember his name! he was also great and he wasn't even assisting me had had his own clients, he was great to talk to friends for life if I lived in turkey.There is also numerous names that I will try to remember some being GeGe, excellent friendly very attentive always knew what was going on around her when we were sat at breakfast she was on her laptop she noticed we hadn't had our cup of tea not that it was a problem waiting as it was a little busy she brought one over for us which is so kind. The hotel I arrived to was clean, tidy, the cleaner couldn't speak English but were very polite smiley and kept the rooms wonderful, the staffs manners were amazing, here are some of the following names I would like to mention. Angel, Emrit, reception staff, kind caring and couldn't do enough for you. Now for the waiters, Harmi and John made the experience at the hotel fun and inviting. there waitering skills were superb, I looked forward to seeing them throughout the day for my meals and very approachable. Thank you angel for letting me borrow your umbrella on the rainy day. Now for the nurses Bart and Alimira both gentle, kind and reassuring nurses I have ever met, made you feel like you were the only one in the hotel nothing was too much bother, their English was fantastic they are both a credit to your company. I was sad to leave the hotel as I now see them all as friends. I am so sorry if I have missed anyone's names from start to finish everyone has been amazing. Also before I forget, the drivers were very slow and careful not to hurt you because driving on Turkey roads are crazy. One name I asked as they dropped me off off at the airport was Memit who was fantastic.Now just a couple of cons. On the website it states that the villa is an aftercare villa with 24/7 hour staffing which when I arrived it was not and there was not staff onsite like there was at the hotel, I had just come out of hospital after a tummy tuck and lipo suction and as you could imagine I was in a lot of pain. There was a lovely man who met me on the arrival to the villa who took me to my room, the room was not set up for someone who had just had major surgery. There was only one pillow. I had to ask for more pillows which he gave me but some were from the sofa which he took to support me on the bed. As it states aftercare villa I assumed the rooms were catered for my operation, as you could imagine it was very frightening, day 2 out of hospital but my nurse accommodated me to the villa which was lovely but then went back to his base which is located at the hotel. I felt stuck in a villa where there was not a nurse on site, as I know I can contact them through WhatsApp but they have to drive 10 minutes up the road to come and see you which could be a while due to caring for other patients at the hotel. The villa was beautiful and the man was very welcoming but the villa should only be used for people who haven't had major surgery e.g. teeth, hair transplant. I would of happily gone there if I had minor cosmetics. It was my fault I booked the villa but only because it states it was an aftercare villa which it was not! My only other negative/worrying thing was I picked a surgeon for my operation I had a done a few months research on him and I was happy with him. They changed the surgeon minutes before my operation and as you can imagine that was very frightening but as I was already there I just took a gamble as I know that they're all going to be very good surgeons. I had my operation with doctor Yilimim and his assistant (sorry I didn't ask his name). My results are 10 out of 10 and I will go back to him in the future for any surgeries if I decide to.

My experience with Mono Clinic was amazing. The entire staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about my procedure. My doctor Deniz Yildrim was very kind and listened to what I wanted and executed my breast surgery perfectly. The nurses, patient coordinators,transportation drivers, dermatologist team and hospitality staff ,and of course the surgical team was absolutely amazing. I have to give a special shot out to my patient care coordinator Esra. Chefs kiss. She made this journey so easy for me and my husband. I would recommend mono to anyone considering have any work done.

Had lipo done , the procedure went very well. Bekir , Said and Zeynep were very helpful throughout my healing process Dr Yildrim did a great job , would 100% recommend. . . Don't second guess it just do it 👍🏼

I just wanted to write a message about beyza my medical consultant . She has always been so amazing at making sure I get all the questions answered . Making sure I feel comfortable and I understand how the procedures etc would go . She pays attention to lol details and everything I want to know about surgery . Having visited Mono back in November for implants and teeth removal, I was gutted to come home without temp teeth and a return visit planned for 3 months later..whilst I understood the reasons this was unexpected…however, upon my return daily visits to the clinic has resulted in a very happy bunny…the end result for me is great but please remember everyone’s experience will be different…the hotel staff particularly Hussain John( waiter) GG..Hotel/clinic liaison.., Tutku at the clinic and Tuna, are all approachable and will answer any questions you have…👍👍😁😁😁xx

I am extremely pleased with the service received from Mono Clinic. I had rhinoplasty, double chin lipo and 360 lipo on my stomach and back. All of these procedures have turned out better than I could have ever imagined. The price was very good and the hotel and staff were fantastic. Dr Eren has done a fantastic job and I would recommend him and the company to anyone. Esra made sure everything was hassle free and nothing was too much trouble.

Transfers from the airport, hotels and clinics was 100%. I was so annoyed on my arrival day to find out that my doctor was changed without informing me but on the other side i saw it as a blessing in disguise that i had to work with Dr Deniz, he is an angel in surgeon form. He listens, supports and answers all your concerns and advise you accordingly🙏🏻 his work was unmatched on my body, i had BBl, 360 lipo and tummy tuck which i’m so happy with😊. My first contact from Mono was Cağatay a very great guy who gave all the information i needed. My coordinator on travel was a guy named Bekir ooh bless him, he worked with me 24/7 as i was so nervous about my surgery, i was calling him and messaging him non stop even off work hours but he is so professional communicated with me about everything and answered my concerns at all times, supported me and reassured me all the way through i was so happy that i was given him🙏🏻. Drivers, hotel staff are so respectful and friendly made our stay easy but the nurses at the hospital they were so relatant to answer to the patient’s needs👎🏾 going on clinic appointments i met a lady her name i think was Zaynub she was a sweetheart and so welcoming and made us so comfortable whenever we go there.
