Poor communication and lack of transparency
Poor communication from the customer service. I shopped from them about a year ago, and other than the long waiting times to even get the order shipped, I had to pay close to 30 dollars for express shipping, that took the same time as regular shipping in order to have my order in the EU. If it takes 3 weeks then it's not express shipping. When I contacted them about why it was taking this long, they simply didn't care. So if you're not in North America do not even think about ordering from them. Overall it took close to 6 weeks to get my parcel, and I paid another 30 dollars on customs and duties. Needless to say it's more expensive than luxury makeup at this point, I could have bought a PMG or a couple of ND palette for half of the price (if you factor in shipping and duties), instead of just 4 eyeshadows. It's a total ripoff, no matter how you look at it. It was the first and last time I shopped with them. And had I known beforehand that I would have paid that much on customs I simply wouldn't have. The eyeshadows themselves are not bad, but they need to sort out their shipping and communication. The brand is almost 10 years old and they're still using tools of another age.
