Based on the customer service…

Based on the customer service experiences of not just a few reviewers, I am ashamed to admit I once made an order/purchase from Kaima. My experience was about the same as Ella's. Non returning emails with questions about being over charged and why it took 4 months to receive only half my order.
I usually don't write reviews. This time, I had to make the exception and share my thoughts and experience with the world too.
Gemma... Shame on you and your 4 employees!!!! 🤥👹🤬

Purchased frosted fairy palette along with their pigment mix for the wife who's obsessed with sparkling cosmetics. Reached out about delivery time frames which was answered within 24 hours.Dispatched the same day which was impressive for a smaller brand. The Quality is something else! Wife hasn't stopped receiving compliments. Very happy with all. Thank you

Awful Ownership / Customer Service

The owner of this brand is someone who said they were bullied but then went out of her way to bodyshame and medically shame another woman and then got her daddy to write a fake apology post for her even though she's pushing 40. My friends and I purchased from here a little while back and the quality reminded me of shein/aliexpress.

Avoid avoid avoid! Bad products, bad management, evil people!!

It's literally all from CHARMACY on aliexpress... Wasted my money and then found out the owner is a horrible person too. A bully, crying like a child when people give her criticism and insulting and threatening people for giving their opinion on the brand.

I would give this business 0 stars if I could

I would give this business 0 stars if I could. The total lack of professionalism, the immaturity, bullying, and shady business model leaves such a bad taste in my mouth. For the owner to be a self proclaimed victim of bullying in her teen years she's certainly exceeded her former tormentors. This person shows that they do not have the mental capacity to own a business, not only for the low down mentality but also for the fact that her products are more often than not phantoms. Will you get them will you not? It's the dice you roll paying for these "cosmetics", which by the way you can buy cheaper and know you will recieve them from other brands lol. There is quite literally nothing special about the products sold by Kiama Cosmetics. This sham of a company is the ill attempt of a spoiled narcissistic brat who tried to slap together some plastic and powder and beg to the world to get online and lie about how wonderful it is. The inability to take accountability for speaking so disrespectfully and awful to someone shows how this brand has no ability to come back from this type of thing. Boohoo "this has ruined my holiday". I will never give them any money and will make sure to be very vocal moving forward to every makeup buying person I know that this brand should be boycotted for good.

Is it really a witch-hunt when the owner begged for positive reviews when she clearly did not deserve them? Then when being advised that it’s shady to do that she proceeded to body shame someone? Not only did she make a fake apology from her “dad” and threw her “employee” under the bus, she still had the person she shamed blocked so they couldn’t even view the fake apology.
Owner is unwise and this all could have been avoided had she actually been trustworthy and didn’t resort to body shaming.

Order not received

I placed an order with this brand about a year ago and still have not received it. That alone is disappointing, but what made this experience worse was the owner’s behavior online.

After repeatedly asking for positive reviews on Instagram, the owner publicly attacked an influencer with around 1,000 followers who offered calm, constructive criticism. The influencer simply pointed out that review platforms are meant for honest opinions, and that asking only for positive reviews is not very ethical.

Instead of responding professionally, the owner resorted to body-shaming. Seeing a business owner react this way, especially toward someone with a much smaller platform, was shocking and unprofessional.

Between the unfulfilled order and the lack of basic respect, this has been a very negative experience. I would advise others to be cautious before ordering.

Really impressed with Kaima Cosmetics

Really impressed with Kaima Cosmetics.
I ordered two item which were dispatched in a couple of hours, and I placed my order during sleeping hours, 2am ish, and I have my item today in under a day and a half, that's brilliant, my last order elsewhere took 7 days to dispatch lol and the cosmetics themselves are very pretty
I would definitely order here again

I made an order from this kaima cosmetics on Nov 24 2025 .I have yet to receive my product.
I have emailed them twice and have heard Nothing!! I know that shipping may take some time but it's going to be two weeks or more to hear and receive my product
They Kaimacosmetics dont even have a telephone number to speak to a live person. I dont think I will purchase anything more from this brand..bad taste in my mouth.
