This site had a nice variety of make up items. I like that they offer different colors that most places don't have. It is unique. I really enjoy the calaborations. Items arrive on time and in good condition. I ordered a bag and it was well made and sturdy. I was impressed.

I made a purchase BEFORE thinking to check trustpilot and was immediately put off by the amount of negative reviews from people stating they waited months for either orders or replies, but my experience has been just fine. I ordered a single lipstick which turned up within 2 working days. The quality of the lipstick is decent, probably not the best I've ever tried but arguably not bad at all. About on par with it's pricing which is neither very cheap nor very expensive. The unique shades are arguably what makes the lipsticks worth buying.

I thankfully didn't have to contact customer services which I'm glad about, as a lot of the negative reviews mention either receiving no reply at all or not receiving one for several weeks. With any luck they improve on this part of their business as it seems to be the main thing letting them down. I would buy from them again, but I'll be doing so with fingers crossed that I don't have to contact customer services 😂

I've bought from this company a few times now as I always get sucked back by products that appeal to me... However, their customer service has a few times been shocking! The first issue was when I got in touch to ask for some guidance on which shade lip stain to buy as it was impossible to tell the undertone from their picture - it took them about a month to respond to me, but I followed their guidance, made a purchase & it turns out their recommendation was completely inaccurate. I got in touch to try to speak to them about this & ask to return the products but they completely ignored me so I ended up out of pocket as they were unusable to me. Recently another product of theirs that sounded interesting popped up on Facebook so I followed the link - it was offering a discount, but it wasn't clear how much for so I tried to apply it to my basket but accidentally clicked buy instead. I instantly got in touch to ask to cancel my order via the email address on the order & again via tiktok but had an order dispatch notification the next morning. Again I emailed to say I wouldn't be accepting the order as I had cancelled within reasonable time as per my consumer rights. I did say I might have made the order originally but pressed buy accidentally before deciding & before being able to apply the discount code but there is no way I'd either keep the product at the additional cost or pay to both be sent & have to return it as the price of either was expensive for what it was. However, I received no response, other than a notice that they had refunded me postage cost with no explanation! As on the website it says you have to get their approval to return a item & I had originally been considering buying the item anyway it was at this point I gave up the ghost & decided just to keep & try it as it was only slightly more cost than I would have paid with the voucher (I'm sure this was their intention but it's a pretty rubbish approach to treating customers!) . The product was pretty ok though not amazing enough that i'd buy it again. Eyeshadows I've bought previously have been nice, though a few fell out of the palette really easily & crumbled apart.

Long story short - careful pressing that buy now button & be confident you do want the item as they barely respond to any questions if at all & it's impossible to return anything!

AVOID THE BRAND AND AVOID THE CRYPTIC PALETTE.
I made an order for two of their 9 pan palettes last year through tiktok shop. They never ever dispatched. I reached out to them on tiktok shop then their other socials and got ignored everywhere. I had to go through my bank for my money back.

I gave them another chance when they launched their Cryptic Palette. Again ordered through tiktik shop. This time it arrived no issues.
I opened the palette and saw some shades were a bit damaged so I repressed them and some of the shimmers had a disgusting amount of oil in them. They were seeping with too much binding oil.
I was hoping it was a batch issue so I reached out to the brand and sent them photos of VISIBLE oils. They came back and told me that the palette may not be to my preference and there is "just a sensation of oils when its not actually oily"...
I reached out and explained to look at my photos and then they never ever got back to me. Luckily I got my money back via Tiktok shop.
I have since heard many other people complain about the palette and the brand. Do your research, its hard to find unpaid, REAL reviews or swatches for a reason

I placed an order on 01/09, I bought the "Ozzmosis Palette" as a gift and it arrived on 01/16 in Italy. The recipient was very happy with the surprise and the quality of the product. I can only recommend the site and I will buy again in the future!

I have had many products now from Jolie Beauty and the products are amazing. The concealer is WONDERFUL, do not sleep on that, and along with the powder, it is perfection.

The oil balms are gorgeous, not sticky and really moisturising. I could go on and on <3

Sent very expensive palettes that are literally DRIPPING with oil and won’t apply to fingers or eyes. Told me it’s personal preference even though I know multiple people complaining and have proof. Liars with bad customer service, tacky awful quality, don’t waste your money

I ordered their new contour cream in the shade “bone” as was looking for a more grey contour. It arrived and was more brown so I contacted them thinking it may have been mislabelled, almost 3 months later they are still not taking responsibility and saying it’s due to my lighting. I took photos inside originally and they requested natural lighting so I took ones in the garden, which they said were still inside (despite concrete slabs being in the background) I resent the same ones and they’ve concluded it is grey and cool toned but I’m using it wrong. Their customer service is laughable and their products are just as bad

Good alternative style products, great Eyeshadows palettes, the multichromes and duo chromes are amazing, good quality and fast to receive it. I like the contour cream in "bone" shade, perfect for very pale skins! A little bit expensive maybe but the products are good

I purchased the Tainted Love Pallette and the Spellbound Pallette 🖤
The shadows are so beautifully pigmented, easy to blend and buildable 🖤🖤
For best payoff with the glitters I use my finger or a brush for accents

I have received many compliments and couldn’t be happier with my purchase.
One took a bit to arrive but it was during Christmas season plus bad weather, so that’s understandable.

I got my items, however I was incredibly disappointment. I got the new contours, 'Skull' and 'Bone' because the pictures AND description said they were grey. I really wanted to purchase as looking more 'dead' is my aesthetic. When they arrived they looked NOTHING like the picture. Neither of them were grey or cool tones. Skull looked somewhat like the picture but Bone, the lightest shade was nothing like the colour and literally looked too similar to Skull. If I'd known this I wouldn't have purchased. They photoshop their images to death.. I tried to contact them via Instagram and email and even though they saw what I'd put they didn't respond to me. They just respond to positive feedback. Spend your money on makeup brands that don't deceive their customers. I was going to use it for a new years eve party but because the shades were wrong I had to improvise something else. Waste of money in my opinion

When I first started purchasing Jolie Beauty products, they still were not in the USA JUST YET. Then one day they had announced that they were opening up in the USA. Some of my products were not shipped yet because they had been going through the transition, so they took a minute. When I reached out to customer service, they explained to me what was going on, and were polite. My emails got answered, and never ignored, and they were never rude. I also thought that they were going to be like all of the other cosmetic lines that I’ve tried in the past, where none of the products lived up to the expectations that they would talk about. But when I started using them, they were exactly as they described, and the best thing is that they do lives on TikTok showing you how to use the products, inspiring you with new ideas, and answering any questions you might have about their products. I’m exceptionally happy with them, and they definitely appreciate their customers. Thank you Jolie Beauty!

I love this makeup brand. As an Alt baddie I can’t imagine my makeup wardrobe without them. They are so lovely and generous to work with. The makeup is so good and fast shipping to the US!

The Jolie Beauty eyeshadows have a stunning pigment - it looks the same colour on as in the palette and stays that colour. The lipsticks are amazing too and stay! A little more expensive than some brands, but well worth splashing out!
