Customer care is absolutely shocking I wrote them an email almost a week ago and no one has bothered to reply to me. Last time they get any custom from me! Some time ago they also didn’t refund me for a concealer that I didn’t like because I didn’t send the packaging back! What were they going to do? Re sell it! Gross

This has been an extremely disappointing and frustrating experience. The lipstick I received is of shockingly poor quality—very difficult to apply and completely different in colour from what was advertised on the website. It is misleading at best and feels like false advertising.

To make matters worse, when I raised the issue, I was told that no refund or exchange would be offered. This is completely unacceptable, especially when the product clearly does not match its description.

The lack of quality control and complete disregard for customer satisfaction is deeply concerning. Based on this experience, I have no confidence in this company or the safety of their products and would strongly advise others to avoid purchasing from them.

Place 3 orders that stated 1 free gift with every order over 30 pounds they didnt send them, i messaged them and said only on orders over £30 I paid £35 for for each order and bought 2 of them and a £55 pounds large one also £25 on another iteam( alot of money) The seller wasn't very helpful I had a feeling they would give me problems with my returns because of the way they delt with me and i was right they did, they tired to keep my refund and said they didn't receive returned parcels back. Thankfully I had alot of proof videos and photos and receipts. DON'T order from these people that are NOT professional and try and swing you out of your money and they don't send everything to you. they are very dishonest. Don't order anything from them.
I had to buy other gifts for my mother and daughter mothers day. They ruined everything and I became very unwell . I will make sure I tell everyone how DISHONEST FYNE IS! I had a terrible experience that I haven't experienced with any other company before. I dont recommend , at your own risk.

Ordered one of the sets (xmas present) so only opened the mascara. It was gloopy and clumped together. Scraped the excess off and applied a small amount. Felt like it didn't dry all day. But then it peeled off like elastic glue. Save your money and go for better brands. Even primark knocks spots off this set. Tried to explain what happened and customer service didn't want to know.

Ordered skin tint cushion foundation, shade is completely off and I also ordered the duo blush in pink punch. I used both products immediately as I was eager to try them. However, quite disappointed in the quality of them both, I reacted to them, my skin broke out in small spots and I don’t have spots normally. I haven’t ever broken out in spots like this. I tried it again later and the same thing happened. So will defo have to throw away the foundation. Only keeping the blusher to use as a mirror, it’s a shame as it looks like it would be a luxury brand. Unfortunately not. The only thing that’s positive is the look of the packaging, wouldn’t recommend buying these items.

Ordered a deep pink lipstick. Received a nude colour. Nothing like advertised. The colour is stamped on the box so they didn’t send the wrong colour. They just mislead you on their website.
Just received a reply: they offered me another lipstick! I cannot have a refund because I opened the box! According to the Consumer Act, they cannot refuse because you don’t know the colour is wrong unless you open the box and see the lipstick.

Just received lip set, liner and hair wand which was a free item looks great for the money happy with it delivery fast through tik tok. All good if stays on

I dont normally leave reviews however I bought the skincare bundle and it wasn’t cheap! I used the cleanser and then after put the night cream on my face and within seconds it started burning me, I had to go and wash my face with warm water to get it off. It hurt!!! After wiping it off I didn’t know what to put on my face so I put Vaseline to try sooth it. The next day my face hurts so bad under my eyes, there’s red patches that are so sore just from moving my face. I’m so upset by this experience.

The packaging is luxe however I don’t feel like the products reflect that. I don’t have any skin conditions or anything that the products may have aggravated.

I'm not impressed. Nothing special. Will not buy again for sure.

Ordered 2 Boxes from tik tok shop first being the everyday bundle 1 & one of the exclusive boxes, panicked yesterday when everyday box came and only contained I product instead of 4, contacted tik tok shop had a lovely person apologise for the mistake and said they would have the rest of the items sent by express delivery and sure enough they have arrive today alongwith my 2nd box which is perfect and even has a mirror in it, can't comment on the quality yet as it's a Christmas present but from looks alone it looks good quality and beautiful eyeshadow and highlighter shades.

Avoid Fyneart. Brow Pen is trash, waterery and doesnt leave any definition on the skin. Would get a better look from a felt tip pen.
Looks impossible to return with no option on my order email or online. So in the bin it will go. Wish i had checked trust pilot before ordering myself.

After reading the reviews on here I was worried that there would be issues with my return… I accidentally ordered the wrong colour, I emailed asking for my order to be cancelled but unfortunately it was dispatched before the email was seen.

I was given the option to reorder and return or return and they would exchange product, my refund was processed the day it was received and I was even refunded the p&p.

I have since reordered and the products are high quality.

Accidentally ordered the brow pencils instead of the brow pens. Sent them back only to have my refund request denied. When I asked them why said they never got the parcel but tracking shows they did and still refusing to refund even though I don’t have the items anymore!

Stock seems to be constantly out of stock and they do not respond to your questions.

After receiving the wrong order. I contacted customer service on tiktok. The problem was quickly resolved and l recieved by express delivery, the eye pen. Thank you x

Products look nice and are appealing, but the skin tint peels off and the makeup actually just slips of the skin. I wore makeup just for a cinema visit and came home to the most patchy makeup and bits peeling off. They look nice when first when applied though. I have given them to my 12 year old.

Mainly customer services I purchased 2 mystery boxes and a concealer at pinkmas then my own fault really for not checking the box but when I got home the concealer wasn’t in the box I emailed customer services and they sorted it out within 24 hours first class also I am so impressed with the FYNE products I bought I won’t be hesitating to buy more the packaging and presentation is incredible

I bought the brow pen and the product was fine but the shade didn’t fit me. I went to return it only for their returns page to be blank. I tried emailing them about returning my item and it wasn’t until I took it up with Paypal that they responded and said their website was back up and running properly. The returns page hadn’t changed and it was still blank so I sent another email explaining this and nobody got back to me. I had to go through Paypal to get a full refund. Please avoid purchasing from this brand especially if you know you might need a refund

I brought 2 out of the 3 mini eyeshadow palettes off their website, they are so beautiful and pigmented!!!

The owner put a note on my packing slip and gave me the third one to complete the collection as a freebie 🥺❤️

I never usually write reviews ever ! But I was blown away by the products I recently received it was the eyebrow set £30 my brows have never looked so great lost lasting don’t budge every single product I received was 10/10 please never stop selling it as I will keeping buying as long as I’m alive! Thank you amazing ! X
