I attempted to give them another chance after hearing many positive reviews about their BFF cream bronzer. I purchased the lightest shade available, which is also recommended for olive tones per the product description. However, both shades turned out to be too orange and too dark for me, even though I am not pale. They refused my request to return both products, despite them being unused, which breaches the Customer Rights Act as in previous cases. This brand hasn't made any improvements.

Additionally, there are no broken seals on any of the boxes since there weren't any. Under the Customer Rights Act, I am legally permitted to return an unused product for a full refund. Being a small business does not exempt you from this law, so I will have to open a dispute with my bank.

Bought their lip liner, lipstick and lipgloss. I’m over 50 and their products are so lovely! Best I’ve used. Please can you do more colours in your lip products please. Will be ordering more.

First time ordering from pink honey. I ordered the cream blush and my skin had a reaction to the product. Not blaming them as a company as these things happen. I contacted customer service to see if I could return the item or if the could offer a refund because it's waste of money when I cannot use. Absolutely awful customer service they were not interested in providing me with any help. It's a shame because they could be a good business if they offered customer service. I will not order again and I will not recommend to anyone.

Great product and customer service

Bought the cola cube tint and hold. Was solid as if dried out. Emailed with pictures and a video. I’ve emailed again and no response. Waste of money. .#223022

It does the job and keep them in place nicely, I would definitely recommend.

I placed an order last week which was marked as delivered, however the delivery photo clearly does not show my parcel and was not taken at my address. I have thoroughly checked around my property and there is no sign of it.

I contacted customer service immediately, but six days later I have still not received a response. I am currently waiting for confirmation from Royal Mail to determine whether the parcel was delivered to the wrong address. Overall, this has been a very frustrating experience due to the lack of communication and support.

Product was faulty/badly designed. Sent photos of how the eyebrow pen was extremely thick, and jet black - it looked so un natural. They wouldn’t let me return the product not even for store credit, I sent images of the product and how badly it came out, and explained several times I was using it correctly as per their videos. Will avoid this company going forward

I ordered a lip liner, lipstick and gloss from a Facebook reel. It looked a gorgeous pink. I ordered the exact same three products. They arrived and I used them and the colour was nowhere near. They were brown. When I looked, the lip liner was the wrong colour. I contacted customer service to alert them to the error. There was no apology and they claimed they put a note in to say the liner I chose wasn't available and they had put another in. Firstly, there was no note. Secondly, they should have contacted me to offer me a refund or let ME choose a replacement and thirdly the colour was completely different! Don't bother, waste of time.

Lovely colours bought the lip liner, lipstick and gloss, not a great product doesn't stay on more than an hour, it's not highly pigmented, shame really as I was expecting a lot more.

Ordered the lip pencil,lipstick and gloss and oh what rubbish!!! The quality is like children’s make up ! Asked if I could return it and they said no because I had opened it !!! How could you see the quality of the make up without opening it ? Not happy

A couple of items were missing from my order. However, when I did manage to contact them, it was quickly rectified. Lip liner is lovely, soft and creamy, not scratchy like others can be.

Honestly such good brow gel! Lovely packaging too. Not often I leave reviews but I will deffo shop again :) so affordable compared to the usual high end brands I buy… and better!

Very happy with delivery time and my order. I ordered lip liner, lipstick, lip glaze and cream blush. It was sent quickly and arrived 2 days later. Beautifully packaged products, so cute! And the make up is good quality and exactly as advertised. Great price and lovely products, I would definitely recommend Pink Honey.
