I live within a hundred miles (If I remember correctly) from the US shipping warehouse in CA, yet it still takes WEEKS to get things. And, I have to pay an EXORBITANT amount of money for shipping.

The glitters in all of our palletes have started slipping out when used. I have to carefully pat what is left back in.

We LOVE the colors, but having eyeshadow falling out of the palletes is inexcusable.

I will say that I absolutely LOVE LOVE the holo lip glosses.

Bought the ozzy pallet for my gf and she goes to open it up and the purple just busts out everywhere. All over my beige car passenger seat creating a giant stain. Just a mess and overall unpleasant experience with something that was supposed to be happy.

I’ve always struggled with finding a cool tone bronzer/ cream contour. Any product I tried always left me looking quite orange compared to my pale skin. Now that I have two different shades of the skullpted contour creams I can’t use anything else! They blend so beautifully and leave my make up looking flawlessly chiselled! Could not recommend more

I've only tried the eyeshadow palettes so far.

But they are amazing. Great pigment, easily blended, no patchiness, no eyeshadow base needed for long lasting colors. Their glitters are also an amazing base that don't need glue or a setting spray to stay in place!
100% one of my favorite brands. I have bought almost all of their available palettes.

Looking forward to using some of their lip products next!

I've ordered from Jolie Beauty a few times now and every experience has been great. The packaging is beautiful but the formulas are what really sold me. The eyeshadows are properly pigmented, blend easily, and last all day without creasing.

I love Jolie Beauty and their products. As an Alt makeup artist their products are staples for me, especially their palettes and lippies!

So I have bought 4 pallets from Jolie. It started with Ozzy. That’s the pallet that started the obsession for me. I then got Spellbound, Tainted and Cryptic. I couldn’t be happier with them. The colors are GORGEOUS and I have worn them every day since buying the first one! Now I will say that the fallout isn’t good, but I use my fallout catcher pads and there’s no more issue. I’ve gotten more compliments on the Jolie pallets than any other colors I’ve ever worn. I’m an Esthetician so I really like for my makeup to look good. I get compliments on my colors almost everyday! The shipping did take a minute but not any longer than anything else I have shipped to me. You know when you’re excited about something getting to you, it seems like it takes forever to get there. I just followed the tracking my package from DHL and I knew exactly where it was and when it would get to me. I’ve read a lot of the other reviews and I can say that I didn’t have the same experience. I’ll order from them again without a doubt. Just waiting on them to put out my next one so I can snatch it up. I’m a Jolie fan and I’ll be the first one to tell you about these gorgeous pallets.

Bought the Ozzy one for my wife, because we really like Ozzy. She loves it! waiting for a good event to use the products! and i made a mistake and customer service fixed my order. That was very nice of them! 5 stars!

Beautiful palette

I have tried almost every brand of makeup. I was a Counter Manager of a major cosmetics brand at a department store. Never before I have experienced such joy and inspiration than I do with Jolie Beauty products. Anything I can image, I can create using their wide range of products and truly amazing palettes. The palettes might seem expensive, but then you realize that you are getting 28 beautiful colors that are meant to be used together to create a million different color stories, it is actually a steal! I have their powders, lip stains, eyeshadow palettes in Til Death, Spellbound, Tainted, and Cryptic, their blush, highlighters, almost all of their liquid lipsticks, and several glosses. I am determined to eventually get one of everything. Not every product is perfect (Carnevil lipstick doesn’t have the same staying power as the others), but they are all very very good!

Finding a true Indie, Alternative/Goth makeup brand isn’t easy. But finding one that is so consistently excellent in their products and is very good at a shipping is amazing! I also love the brand identity; it is all about self-love, confidence, and embracing everyone as is. The creator of Jolie Beauty is a gorgeous former model, and yet she is so kind online and can be silly and down to earth. Their brand identity and the Jolie’s personality makes me want to support them. I look forward to doing my makeup because I know that if I can imagine it, i can create the look with my Jolie Beauty products. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
