Empty Locker, Missing £250 Parcel, No Resolution After 6 Months
I ordered an item worth around £250 from Cliphair and selected locker delivery through DPD. When I arrived to collect the parcel, the locker was empty.
I contacted DPD immediately and was told the seller needed to open an investigation. I then contacted Cliphair , who confirmed they opened a case and asked me to wait around two weeks.
Nearly six months later, I still have no refund, replacement, or proper resolution. I have spent months contacting both DPD and the seller without any clear outcome.
I understand problems happen, but customers should not be left waiting this long for a missing parcel issue involving an expensive order.
