I just wanted to share my experience with ClipHair because I’m honestly so impressed. From the moment I placed my order, everything was incredibly fast, smooth, and professional.
The delivery was quick, and the whole process felt really reliable and well organised. But what stood out the most to me is the quality of the hair, it’s absolutely amazing. It feels soft, looks natural, and blends beautifully. You can really tell it’s high quality.

Exceptional Customer Service
My client changed her hair colour less than 24 hours before the fitting date. I was speaking with Sarah in customer services whether to do and exchange or refund and order a new batch. She guided me through the best route, talked me through each step and was so helpful and patient. She also went out of her way to help me set up my trade account properly which I hadn’t even realised I didn’t complete! Sarah’s a credit to the team, she’s polite, friendly and exactly what you need in a stressful situation!

I purchased 3 packs of nano hair extensions and after having them professionally fitted, the condition of the hair after just one wash is shocking. The ends have become severely frizzy, matted, knotty and puffy — it genuinely looks like the hair has never been brushed. I’ve been left with extensions that look dry, tangled and completely unmanageable after minimal use. It’s honestly a waste of money.
If you’re considering buying from this company — don’t. Avoid at all costs.

DO NOT RECOMMEND. I have worn hair extensions for the past 6 years & tried a handful of brands. I wish I had read reviews before I purchased from Clip Hair as I’m horrified with the quality of hair I received! The hair arrived shiny but once hair was washed with sulphate free shampoo & conditioner, the hair turned rough, frizzy and tangled! The hair is a mixture of real and synthetic 100% and claims to be ‘100% remy human hair’!!! I have not felt anything like it. It curls when wet, drys frazzled and Is continuously matted. After seeing other peoples reviews across here and TikTok, I can see I'm not the only one and it’s shame they false advertise on their website. I have photos before, during and after of my hair through the process of washing and drying and customer service were no help. I got told by their ‘hair expert’ and quote ‘the photos don’t look bad’ and ‘try washing again and use straighteners and that should help a bit’ … £400+ wasted on this hair PLUS paying for fitting appointments and deposits! I will be reporting to the relevant people. The ‘hair expert’ also slipped up as she stated about the price difference between their hair and remi catchet is reflected through the quality! Basically saying ClipHair is cheap for a reason. Please do not waste your money, others have been successful in full refund but customer service have not refunded me and only want to partial refund me at 25%. They have offered if I return the hair (that is in my head) after testing they MAY be able to refund me! I will now be contacting my bank and continue to go further with this as they cannot get away with doing this to people.

Our intention was never to dismiss your concerns, but to explain the limitations of evaluating hair condition via images.
In terms of your comparison to other brands, we cannot comment on or compare products from other companies. Hair from different suppliers and brands can vary in grade, processing, and texture, which affects how it performs when washed, styled, or worn.
We have also offered a goodwill gesture in the form of a partial refund if returning the hair is not possible, to ensure that you are supported while we work through this process. If the hair is returned for inspection, a full refund may also be considered depending on the findings of our quality checks.
Please be assured that all of our hair undergoes rigorous quality testing and checks before it reaches our customers to ensure it is 100% human Remy hair. We take complaints seriously and are committed to working with you to find a satisfactory resolution.
