Good delivery and came in a lovely box. Hair is crimped and real hair. Over all nice hair but the ends very dry and frizzy. I had to cut the ends off.

Halo extensions can sometimes feel different compared to other methods, as the wire sits around the head and may require slight adjustment to ensure a comfortable fit or possible a different size wire and you will find several spare wires in all sizes, placed inside the box.
Our team would be more than happy to guide you on how to adjust the wire for a better, more secure and comfortable fit.
As the item has been used, we are limited in terms of returns for hygiene reasons. However, we would still really like the opportunity to assist you further and explore any possible options available.

My extensions are lovely and so soft, I liked them so much i recommended you to my sister, she usually pays around £800 for her extentions as she has 24". She got hers from you this time at nearly a third of the price. We are both really happy 👍👍

You get what you pay for with the remi…
You get what you pay for with the remi tape extensions. After a year of wear and being well looked after they are still okay. They have maintain colour quite well however they can be quite dry.

Avoid Nanos...1 wash and seem damaged
We bought nano loops and after 1 wash they were like frizz balls. We filed a complaint and they said their hair is 100% human. I beg to differ, this cannot be 100%, there is definitely synthetic in there. Me and my friend had them taken out within the month as they were itchy and frizzy. We was only given a small refund which was honestly upsetting. Id avoid spending money on these.

Our nano extensions are one of our best-selling products, and all of our hair is made from 100% human Remy hair, undergoing thorough quality checks and testing before being dispatched. We do not mix our hair with synthetic fibres.
We can confirm that you were in contact with our customer service team regarding this matter. As with all cases where a product is believed to be faulty, we do require the item to be returned for full assessment in order to determine eligibility for a full refund. As the hair was not returned, a partial refund was agreed as a goodwill gesture, which we hope demonstrated our willingness to support you despite not being able to complete a full inspection.
