My experience with Close Finance was not positive. I would not recommend them. I found the interest rates high, communication aggressive, and there was a lack of transparency. I wouldn’t use them again.

Exceptional help in a difficult situation
I’ve used their loan services three times now, and each application was approved without issues. Every experience has been smooth and reassuring, which is why I keep coming back.
What really stood out to me was the level of care and professionalism, especially from Marie, who handled everything. She didn’t treat me like just another client—she genuinely saw me as a person. She took my situation seriously, listened, and gave me confidence that they would be able to help.

I enquierd about a loan due to previously being with Close Finance & from start to Finish Justin was amazing! Superb customer service
After contacting Justin to establish my options he was really helpful, in terms of what was available to me, the terms of which I could take any loan and the turnaround time. When I saw him to sign the relevant documents he was careful to ensure I understood all of the terms and conditions of the loan and what to expect from the company.
