On 18.1.2026 I created and paid for an order (VSREF8JNZG9NP) for over 440 USD. To date, i.e. 28.4.2026 they have not delivered any goods and have not returned the money. Their shipment ended up somewhere in France and they are not at all willing to resolve the problem with their carrier and deliver the paid goods or refund the money for the undelivered order.
I do not recommend this fraudulent business.

Ordered months ago, when ordering it states to allow several weeks/months to receive.
However when left several months and then contacting, they have dismissed my queries as I didn’t “contact in a timely manner”
Never received the item and they are refusing to look into the case.
