Delightful company to deal with, altogether. Well laid out Website and easy to navigate. The packaging was the best I've ever had experience of, and with really personal touches. Also arrived WELL before I expected it. I used to make Clothkit jackets and dresses (and Doll's dresses to match! - (PLEASE can you bring them back??)) for my daughters, all now in their 40's!. One of the Noah's Ark Jackets is now being sported at church in Melbourne, Australia by one of my six-year old grand daughters. She just ADORES it! Thank you again for surviving and still being there ...!

Both items were purchased as presents and arrived nicely wrapped. There was slight confusion over which item was initially posted. Great customer service and feedback in clarifying this. Customer service is so important. Things aren't always straightforward, but it's how they are resolved. Both product - excellent quality.

Your service was very quick. The package was delivered and wrapped and presented very well. Unfortunately I changed my mind and returned the parcel, at great expense over £11.00, for refund.

I’ve been a regular customer of Clothkits over many years and however unusual my request, everyone there’s been really helpful and interested. Over time I’ve needed materials for magic tricks; special fabrics for my storytelling; fabrics for costumes; buttons; iron on badges - a rich mix ! Yesterday I was given great help by Lisa and Karen and their positive help with a bee 🐝 costume and providing an audience for a little magic ! I cannot recommend Clothkits enough because everyone there totally supports and is interested in the needs of their customers, customers come first and they always do everything possible to meet customers’ needs. I haven’t actually used this dressing gown pattern yet as I’m waiting for the fabric I’ve chosen to come back into stock. I’m sure it’s good though as everything I’ve ever bought from Clothkits in the past has been really good. The only difficulty I’ve encountered so far is that I didn’t understand the reference (on the patterns cover) to width. I’m knew to sewing so I didn’t understand that it was referring to the different widths that fabrics can be sold in. I found out because I called to ask. I think it would be good to state it simply for those less experienced. But aside from that, everything else so far has been clear.

My order has not arrived yet because I am informed by the post office that I must pay Customs tax. Had I known this before purchasing, I would not have bought the pattern. I am waiting to hear back from Clothkits to see if I already paid a UK tax and if so to see if can get a refund of that tax

Has not been delivered. Shop app says it has been delivered, perhaps it will arrive today.

My apron kit arrived very quickly and was beautifully presented in the parcel. I love that everything is there ready for me to sew. This would make a great gift for a keen sewer.
