Absolutely fantastic, communication was good, delivered when promised, worked around my mum needing the washer delivered on a certain date. Would definitely recommend.

Thay give me a date and time then let me know it could be deliverd a day early I was informed when thay was on the way and both people wher polight and helpful

Good price and quick delivery however oven has dents on side panels which looks like where they have been attached to frame and little screw missing from door although doesn't appear to affect function and something's misaligned so not sure it was serviced before sending out , other than that can't complain knew product was refurbished just wish dents had been mentioned online however came with year warranty so should be good , inside ovens where clean and delivery

I needed to buy an Indesit tumble dryer the same as my old one which I had had for nearly 10 years of good service. I bought a brand new "modern" Indesit dryer and it was horrible- too many programmes which I would never use and took twice as long as my old dryer so got the company to take it back,thankfully Discount Washers had a reconditioned Indesit dryer that I had before, it was a great price and it got delivered quickly, I got informed of the progress throughout the whole process, I am so happy that I have got this dryer because it has reverse tumble and dries my clothes quickly and efficiently.

I have ordered my washing machines online and paid for washing machine and delivery service and I got online invoice with a delivery detail with date and time to arrive 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. I took off day to receive my order waiting all day finally at 5:30 call the office no answer. Next day when I called they the gave me unbelievable excuses as we are based in Manchester it’s a mistake we can’t deliver to London and we will refund my payment after my huge disappointment and wasting my day off

Installation was quick and efficient. Job done in five minutes. Only used the machine once but so far so good.

Pleased with the price. It also came with a year's warranty, and pledge to replace it with a machine of equal value if it fails. Overall, very happy.

I've had a fantastic experience so far with Gary. We initially connected via Facebook, and he's been professional, friendly, and very responsive. Quickly scheduled a visit to assess the issue and clearly explained the potential problems and solutions. He's repairing my daughter, who's a young mum, and his understanding and considerate approach have been greatly appreciated. His honest approach is refreshing and he even stopped us from buying a dud. While the repair is still pending, I'm confident that Gary's expertise and excellent customer service will lead to a great outcome. Highly recommend him based on our interactions so far!
