Would be 0 stars booked a delivery for 29th December waited all day not arrived, then contacted company 2nd Jan they said oh we weren't open and on top of that item sold and website not updates, appauling service why have deliveries available if youre not open are you that rubbish of a company you can't update working hours before going on holiday? NEVER use these lot waste your time and I have raised complaint and refund disgusting service

As we explained to you on the phone, the Internet company that does our updates were closed over Christmas as were we. As we said we understand your frustration but we are entitled to a holiday as much as everyone else. A message was left on our voicemail to let our customers know we were closed until the 4th of Jan. The reason your product was out of stock is again down to the fact that the IT company were closed. We offered you plenty of other options but you said our website didn't state the products are refurbished so you wanted a refund, but it clearly states that the items are customer returns and have been serviced and sanitized by our in house engineers. Your refund was issued yesterday. To call our company rubbish is very unfair, we have thousands of happy customers, we have customers from word of mouth and returning customers who are more than happy. Like we said on the phone to you, we didn't even know a sale had come through until we popped in to the office yesterday to do some admin. VERY VERY UNFAIR REVIEW, such a shame when people only leave negative reviews for companies as you do, but never leave positive reviews after, probably thousands of positive experiences with good companies. Customers rely on reviews to help them decide on whether to use a business and if every one of our customers left a review we would have thousands of 5 stars but unfortunately too many people only bother to leave a review when they've had a bad experience and not praise a company when they've had a positive one.

Hi Sarah. I can only apologise for your frustration in this matter. We had a few issues with our website recently in the fact that it is letting orders come through that are too far away for us to deliver. Looking at the order I can see that we refunded you 9 minutes after you made your purchase and a note was sent with the refund apologising that we do not deliver to your area.

Hello Carl. I can only apologise that you have had a negative experience with us. For some reason the website has allowed a couple of sales to come through from outside our area. The site is set to stop payment at the checkout and display an error message stating that we cannot deliver to your area, we are currently actioning this issue with our web developers. We are currently also in the process of setting up a delivery service for as far as london from our base so hopefully we will be able to give you a better service in the future.
