Got an e-mail today with the message below, which, reading other reviews, seems to be quite common.
We are sorry to inform you, but your equipment has been inactive for more than 30 calendar days. Starting today, we are forced to charge you for inactive or unprofitable equipment in the amount of $1 per day based on an entire ASIC unit. The amount will increase by $1 every 3 calendar months. This will continue until you order repairs or replacement of inactive or unprofitable equipment.
We’re sorry for any inconvenience caused.
After payng hundreds of dollars a few years back and so far recieving a grand total of less than $28 back in return, this is a bit galling to say the very least of it.
Just wondered what those others affected by this intend to do about it, as I really don't want to pay out anymore to a company which have done nothing for me, except effectively steal my money on false promises of profit.
Any advice would be appreciated.

Mining hardware runs 24/7 under high loads, and like any complex equipment, failures can happen over time. The most common issues include control board malfunctions, cooling system failures, and power supply wear. BeMine does not disable or damage machines — our role is to maintain and repair them when needed.
When your equipment stopped working, we notified you and offered repair options. Repairs are never charged automatically—they are only carried out with the user’s explicit approval. Since the repair was declined, the equipment remained inactive.
Regarding the inactivity fee: ASICs that sit unused still occupy data center space, require monitoring, and affect overall mining efficiency. The fee only applies when a machine remains inactive for an extended period without repair or replacement. We always encourage users to take action to maximize their profitability.

Decent to be honest
Well, I really like the idea of the free trial.. I like it's design, and the function.. Though, a MAJOR issue that is a quick easy fix, is that if you have connected a BTC wallet once, then deleted it, then use the same address again, then confirm the email sent, it says it has already been connected.. So now I can't get my funds.. So yeah, please fix this..

BeMine does not have the support
The biggest problem with BeMine.club is that there is no support. I requested them on the 25 January 2025 to reverse my purchase of PAWA and send my $120 back to my Bitcoin wallet. Up until today, that has not happened. Their support is available once in a while and disappears again for days and sometimes for a week and appear again. Their support is non-existent. It is easy for the BeMine support to disappear for many days. This is one platform that is frustrating their miners. If you want the platform that provides support to its miners , please stay away from BeMine.club. You will be frustrated everyday.

Terrible experience, I think they cheat my money!!!
1. You can't get your money back, even you don't buy anything, you still can't withdraw it, because they don't allow you to withdraw BTC from outside, they only allow you withdraw the BTC that is mined from their machine.
2. Never get replied from the support team, I tried to reach them through telegram and email, however, I get zero reply, maybe they just ignore me since they already get the money.
So, Don't use it, look at these 1 star feedback, so many problems, and those 5 stars feedback always tell you so easy to earn money, it is all fake feedback.

A SCAM That Stole My $200 in USDT – Stay Away!
I deposited 200 USD in USDT into my account, and after over 10 days, the funds are still NOT showing up in my wallet. I’ve repeatedly reached out to their support, but all I’ve gotten are vague responses asking me to "be patient." They have not resolved the issue or shown any intention of returning my money.
This is unacceptable. I’ve lost my money trusting this platform, and I want to warn everyone: DO NOT use BeMine.cloud. This site is unreliable, and it’s clear they don’t have the capability or intention to handle users’ funds honestly.
If you value your money, stay away from this platform. Don’t make the same mistake I did. Please share this message to prevent others from falling victim to this scam!

It is just a simulation, they will take your money and won’t let you to get it back and pay in cents as profit until 80% of your own money is paid, and then they may say your machine is broken and ask you to pay for repairs… just another form of spam…
