They terminate the account no matter what you have in there, be very careful when having anything in here as they may remove it without notice.

Their support is the worst and cuts the chat, they aren't willing to help, they just follow their script.

I have been using Oracle Cloud services for two months now and I have been really satisfied with the service. Powerful Virtual machine instances and fast support. Managing networks, virtual machines, etc. is straightforward in the Oracle Cloud interface.

- Bad user experience.
- Slow performance.
- My tenant was deactivated unexpectedly without notice.
- Cannot register a new account due to fraud suspicion?? Seriously, genius?
- If you're looking for a reliable service, don't trust them. Use another service instead. Even using as a playground is not recommended.

Absolute garbage company, I was using their service for months on end without any issues and they just suddenly terminate my account without notice, its not even clear they terminated my account because it just said "You don’t have permission to view these resources in this compartment. Try another compartment, or contact your administrator for help."

I can't even delete my account because apparently I can't delete it when its disabled why can't they just fully terminate my account. Also I can't contact support becuase my account needs to be active to connect my support account

After having used the service for a few days and familiarised with the features, that's all I ever got for not being able to log in again.

My account was terminated without notice. I did NOT break any TOS. I used it for simple Minecraft server once and after that haven't used it. They just terminated account suddenly.

They disable accounts for no reason, without a notice, and their customer support refuses to provide an explanation.

Had issues logging in and problem after problem.

I was very amazed by their always-free services and they looked very shiny to me. A1 Flex is 4 OCPUs and 24 GB of RAM, for free..? oh my god Oracle you are too generous!
But.. There is a catch, and that is: You won't indeed be charged by that, but your account will be cancelled randomly without any reason. It sounds weird, but this happened to me. In fact, it happened to a lot of people too. Check medium for this (can't post external link).

My account had 18 days left in trial and I had 2 test websites hosted there. I wake up in the morning, and I find this email:

They gave me 0 reason on why this happened. When I visited their " Information Center for Administrators " and tried to log in, they refused my credentials which I'm sure 100% is correct.
I contacted their support, and oh boy, what a waste of time that was.
Agent (precisely, a bot) just pasted an automated response that does not help at all and closed the session:

When I checked other people who had this issue before, I see the dates of their problems to be in 2021. That's 2 years from now and this issue is still happening. What does that mean? It means it is not a bug in the system. This is a systematic process done by Oracle for some internal corporate BS we are yet to know.

The bottom line is:
Don't repeat my mistake and go to Oracle blindly. They offer so much good stuff for free, and you won't be charged for it, but you also won't have them because you are going be get cancelled. And, when you do, don't expect understanding support to handle your case. When it's gone, it's really gone.

Confusing site with very bad UI.
Absolutely HORRIBLE experience when you wanna delete your account. Special key because I had trouble logging in, no personal support available and bad help Center. They should be sued for this

I created a free trial/always free account. I installed wordpress spent a week building the site. A week later they deleted the site and data with no notice and with no way to get the data back. Contacted support, who just say cannot restore your data and cut the conversation. Will never use oracle again. Was just about to send to client who would have upgraded to paid subscription, their loss.

My personal account was terminated without further explanation.

They will disable your account without notice and won't reactivate it.

They took 100$ off and they never refunded my money back!!!! scammers & when u try to upgrade your account they don't let you do that.

My account got terminated without a reason, the live support didnt't/couldn't tell me the reason why. Very unreliable, stay away.

My account was suspended for no reason, also, this is the message sent by the customer team

My account was banned, I continued to call support for 3 months and nobody ever got back. That's obvious, you can't rely on Oracle in anything you want to build.

They claim to give an "always-free" tier but once you start using it, they delete your account and erase your data -- because you're not a paying customer, duh!!

Just erased all my data and terminated my account whitout any reason or any notice after 2 days. Its so rude.
