I worked for Cloudcleaners through a company that provide cleaners to them. It was my worst nightmare. The operations manager of Cloudcleaners is a toxic person with no people skills. The cleaners are very discontent with the operations manager and the way she speaks to us on the phone. Most of the cleaners are asylum seekers, they can’t speak English and don’t know their rights. It’s sad that companies like Cloudcleaners exist in 2022.
Spare yourself the trouble and look for another cleaning company.

This company is not reliable. I worked for a subcontractor that supplies cleaners to them. The manager Amy is the worst professional ever. She yells at the cleaners when she struggles to understand them. She dictates the tasks you have to do and says things like “I NEED you to do this” “I NEED you to do that”. The cleaners I worked with were always saying that she has little to no trust in them.

Avoid this company at all costs because they rely on subcontractors and the cleaners won’t do a good job because they are treated with no respect by the manager.

I hired them to clean my 1 bedroom flat before the end of my lease. They did an amazing job, for a very reasonable price. I will continue to use them in the future, I recommend them.
