I bought multiple dresses almost $200…

I bought multiple dresses almost $200 spent for my wedding dresses and I still have not recieved my dresses. Its been almost 2 months. They haven't emailed me back about my refund. Nothing! No communication at all. Im currently getting a lawyer involved because this company is terrible. Don't buy from them if you like your money!

False Advertisement

I ordered a maturnity dress for my wedding in two weeks about a month ago and when it arrived yesterday it clearly WASN'T in any way a maturity dress. In fact I couldn't even lace it up without putting an unreasonable amount of pressure on my bump and it wouldn't even fully lace up. Not only is it completely not as advertised in the description but it's completely ruined my wedding and created untold stress for my unborn child and I. My order number is 5304422, I've requested a refund but guess what.... Nothing!

this is very disgusting company

this is very disgusting company. I am very disappointed . I have order some clothing for my daughter online and it was on the 06 June 2020 they took the money straight away i am still waiting for the clothes . Can someone from the company get in touch and refund my money and an apology will be nice too. Please do not shop from this company as you are not getting your money back or the products promised you have paid for!!!

Completely incompetent company Order number 5255318

Order number 5255318. ordered baby pram three in one combo . Unfortunately I have received the rain cover through the post but nothing else. Advised by company that it has all been delivered. Checked Royal Mail and they have no knowledge. Please check and get back to me as baby due any day.
Update. After being advised that Cloud mall ordered the incorrect item and promising to rectify the mistake with 3 to 5 working days, still no delivery. Have been advised that they delivered today but I can assure you that is not correct. Shipping details say in transit from Germany but Cloud all say different. They can't tell me what company delivered and if a signature was obtained. Do not use this company under any circumstances. Now need to start legal process to get a refund. DHL complaint sent
Please investigate your end to find out where this was delivered to. Sick to death of sorting your incompetence out.

Liars...

Once again I came here to tell you how this company is disgusting in all kind ways.It’s been already almost two months and I don’t have any information about my order . Not to talk about the disrespect I went throw. I purchased my order and I haven’t received any updates . It passed two weeks so I complained about not having information about it and they told me that my products were out of stock asking me if I would like to exchange for a baby carriage or a refund which I choose receive a refund they said they would proceed with the refund process asap but suddenly few days later I received another email saying that the products were already in stock and they would ship it asap saying they apologise for the inconvenience and for the mistake but they couldn’t refunded me but they would give me some discounts JUST when my order arrive to my address . I was blocked by the company on Facebook and my emails are ignored . I’ll send some screenshots about this situation
Supposedly my order is in transit in Amesterdan( in their words) which I can’t see anywhere when I try to track it. Worst company ever to purchase. I leave my order number so you can see by yourself LA177712190EE. Does anyone how can I contact the authorities to receive my money back ?

Never shopping with them again!!!

I had placed an order and i get the same damn email over and over!!! No tracking number... just an order number from a screenshot I took other wise I wouldn't of gotten anything! This is ridiculous!!! So embarrassing that I trusted this company and i got scammed asked for a refund twice now.. Says reach back out in 2-3 days!! Ugh waste of time and my hard earned money!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM CLOUD MALL

I ordered 2 pairs of slides on June 30th. It’s July 16th and I still have not received my order, nor a response from my email of concern sent. I would not recommend you order for them. My order numbers is 5146464. And they don’t have a way for you to track your order. It’s a joke. That’s why there is no number to speak to anyone directly. How to I cancel my order and get a refund, since nobody has gotten back with me? People do not waste your time or money.

Mary Al-Hakeem, I am waiting for my orders, one big problem. I ordered 2 pair of sneakers one in yellow an another in Black with red, purple, l was charged for an extra 2yellow an charged for the black, but does not show that i ordered the black pair. When I checked my account I see that I was charged for 3 pairs an should be 2 pairs. You have nice things. This is not the first time, my last order I was charged for item I never ordered.
