Courteous and lightning quick!
I had a technical issue - entirely of my own doing - that required urgent rectification so that I could launch a website the very same day. I expected at least reasonable delays with the customer support system since they utilised an online portal. But my ticket was seen within two minutes, and my issue resolved within scarcely an hour, plus all the while I was kept informed of its progress. So I can launch today. Now that's service! Highly recommended.

Zen gave me 30 days notice to quit
I have just switched from Zen, when they stopped hosting ac.uk domains.
I am very much an amateur and was terrified of the website I manage being left in limbo or lost during the switch. Cloud Next were wonderful. They replied instantly to my endless questions, at any hour of the day or night, reassured me as to what was happening, and helped me transfer the domain name as well as the website files. Everything has worked perfectly since, and I've learnt a lot about hosting and management. Their FAQs also helped me sort out an editing problem without asking for help.

Just migrated two websites to these guys.Their services are great, I have no hesitation in recommending them.
In particular, they take their user's tickets seriously and deal very promptly and effectively with them, not just using them as a way of delay and procrastination like my last hosting service!

I have just transferred four domains to Cloud Next, one of them a more complex .gov.uk domain. I can honestly say that the service I've received, from initial sales enquiry to technical support, is probably the best I've had from a web host in over 30 years in IT. They have been outstanding.

I have been using cloud next for more years than I can remember and their service has always been what sets them apart from the rest! Typically any issues I have had have been resolved in less than 30 mins of back and fourth. They care a lot about their customers and it shows. Very pleased.
