Out of the Frying Pan? Absolutely not.
After moving my website to Cloud Next from my previous web host today {Sunday) I encountered what I could imagine was going to be a frustrating error. I submitted a ticket to Cloud Next support.
Expecting to be tied up for days attempting to make my issue fully understood (as would be the case with my previous host) I hardly had time to bury my head in my hands after clicking on the submit request button when my email pinged a message that all was now resolved.
Blisteringly fast and effective support gives me optimism for a trouble free future with this host.

Their technical support is absolutely outstanding, without question the best I've experienced from any technology company. Not only is is 24/7 but it is often pretty much instantaneous! And in my case they've shown incredible patience in dealing with an inexperience customer!
