Today I had an urgent issue I needed help resolving. They replied to my first message in 48 seconds, and my second message a bit quicker!

Switched to them at 5:05pm today and first class service already!
I purchased hosting from Cloud Next today at 17:05, (as I have had so many issues with my current provider with my websites going down every day for months now, and their support has become almost non-existent, sometimes taking over a week to respond even with me chasing them up).
I'm so glad I am now with Cloud Next and wish I had done it sooner. Absolutely first class service - they have done exactly as promised and have already (this evening) migrated all my websites across for me (I have 5 sites!) as well as the email addresses and emails. I can't believe how fast and efficient they are.
I will be recommending them to all of my future clients (and also my current and previous clients).
