Alan and Keith were brilliant. Arrived on time did a great job and were lovely guys. Have used this company before and would not hesitate to use them again. Highly recommend.

For a family run Company, avoid. When they found out what I wanted was not going to cost thousands of pounds and make it worth there while, they lost interest. So much for prices starting from £99! Very disappointing! I believed their advertising and commercial radio adverts.

I would recommend this company to anyone. From order to fitting all were polite and punctual. The fitters were so pleasant. Price was competitive and 25 year guarantee as well.

Great Customer service from phone call to finish

Everything as promised and we are well satisfied. The installers were very friendly and efficient. We had thought that failure of the double glazing window would mean a complete new Velux window, but Cloudy2Clear saved us a lot of money by replacing the glass.

Alan was very efficient and provided an almost instant quote which was far lower than I had anticipated. We organised for Lewis to come today which he did. Very efficient again. Job done in about an hour for 4 windows and we spotted another which needed doing so he will be back soon to do that. Really amazing service. Highly recommend.

Just had Craig and Alan fit my windows, wow what a service, both were quick efficient and gave some great tips on how to maintain my windows and frames. The job was finished in no time at all with no mess at all, I now have crystal clear windows again, extremely happy and would definitely recommend. The cost of the whole job was a fraction of what I thought it would be.

Very pleased with the workmen they fitted the new window and cleaned and polished it then removed the old window I would definitely recommend this company.

Arrived a little early and asked if it was ok , it was and in about 40 minutes we had a lovely clear window. Very tidy and very pleasant guys who even put our furniture back. Would absolutely recommend this firm a must have if your windows look steamed up . Thanks

Arrived on time, polite lads, the job was completed in such a quick time that the lads didn't even need a brew. They tidied up and polished the window before they left.

Installation soon after went without a hitch. Polite installers, left no mess at all.

I can only praise this Company - came when asked - good advice given - no sales pressure - fair price given - arrived when expected - clean tidy and professional workmanship - friendly and efficient staff - all in all a very good experience. I would certainly use them again and I heartily recommend them to everyone.

Excellent speedy service. Replacement of one pane in a bedroom window which I had been previously advised by another window co would not be possible without replacing the whole unit. Cloudy2clear provided a very reasonable quote at the time of measuring and fitted within 2 weeks. Fitting was very quick, tidy and undertaken by very polite and professional window fitters. I needed a couple of “blown” double glazed units replacing and this was my first encounter with Cloudy2Clear. From start to finish the whole experience was quick, professional, thorough and very reasonably priced. Highly recommend this company. Alan from C2C came round promptly to quote for 2 new windows, and 2 hinge replacements. 2 guys turned up a week later and all was done within an hour. The new units look exactly same as existing windows. Very pleased indeed
