Our experience with this company was excellent from the the first contact. We had two misted panes replaced, one fitted with a cat flap, and a window hinge renewed. The job was quoted at a very reasonable price. It was carried out, on time, by a very friendly, polite, and efficient fitter, and the finished result was perfect. I would certainly recommend C2C for its value for money, and efficient and friendly approach.

On one of the hottest days of the year Adi and colleague came to reseal my conservatory roof. They were efficient, thorough and friendly and did a great job.

Was able to arrange a fast appointment to i itially measure and quote. Window was replaced at a time to suit us and for a reasonable price. Installation guys were fast polite and left our house clean

I liked the end result of clear and well fitted double glazed units but disliked the following:1. having to wait until just before the teams arrival to find out what time they would come. 2. Attempting to install units without gasket even though I had agreed a quotation which included gasket 3. Being told that there was no white gasket available and then when pushed finding they had a tub of white gasket in the van and 4. providing a 25 year guarantee that cannot be passed on when I sell the house. So guarantee is of little value.

Excellent service, excellent windows. Four professionals were involved in the replacement of a blown double glazed window: 1) the person who booked my appointment, 2) the person who came to survey the window and measure it precisely, 3 & 4) the two guys who came and installed the window. All were very professional, courteous, and efficient. I highly recommend the firm.

Polite & efficient service. Product as good as described.

Excellent service. Very precise with measurements. Daniel replaced 2 window panels with ease, completing in 30 minutes with minimal disruption, leaving site clean and tidy. My windows now look perfect and have a 25 year guarantee. Cannot recommend enough. Much cheaper than replacing whole window. (A window company said replacing a panel could not be done, C2C proved them wrong).Daniel also advised that they do other things including replacing locks/handles. C2C will definitely be my first port of call for any window problems.

This is the second time I have used Cloudy2Clear and on both occasions I found their work to be excellent. They were quick and efficient, and I was delighted with the appearance of my "new" windows.
My only reservation was that I requested an afternoon visit but they arrived late morning, so that I had to alter my arrangements for the day, having failed to get a reply when I tried to telephone their office.

Great Service.. I found the people at Cloudy2clear from the Gatwick office very helpful and and provided competitive prices. The fitter that came was very efficient and kept disruption to the minimum. I noticed that there was a slight defect in one of the units fitted after the fitter had left but found customer service was great and responsive. A replacement unit was reordered and fitted within days. Great service overall. Would use again.

From start to finish this company was excellent very efficient. They have stuck to dates and times to visit always keeping me informed. A great price I would certainly recommend this company and will be using them again when needed. Many thanks on a good job.
