We ordered a double-glazed window for our kitchen.We had 3 visits in all as firstly the measurements were incorrect, secondly it didn't fit and lastly they finally got it right and the very helpful young man who installed the window did a good job

They were very efficient in replacing my bathroom window glass.
The other chap remeasured my kitchen window after I explained that I needed a new fixed window unit. He thought I was just having the glass replaced.
It was all dealt with in a short space of time.
