From our first approach to this company to the completion of the work we received nothing but prompt, efficient and professional service, with only ten days between Ben coming to measure up for the quotation, and Aadi and Phil arriving to do the work, bringing with them pre-prepared replacement panes. It only took one and a quarter hours to fit these in three windows. They worked well together in a truly professional manner, were respectful of our carpets and were a delight to have in the house. And George is doing a great job in managing the whole process from the office. We would have no hesitation in recommending C2C to anyone with cloudy windows; it's such a joy to be able to see our garden properly again!

Good customer service & speedy service on replacement glass. Had a few problems due to size & shape of glass but nothing that couldn't be fixed promptly. The different colour of the glass used was not explained but overall a good company which I would use again.

When I booked this company for a quote I really didn't think I was going to be able to afford the amount of Windows I wanted replaced, but I was so pleasantly surprised! they are coming back for a second visit to replace a few more.Two lovely fitters

My mum needed two panes of glass replaced in a patio & back door. The two workman who came were very friendly & polite & provided a very good service. Job was done, tidied up after & even managed to fix her stiff back door. She was extremely happy with end result. Would definitely, if needed, use the company again & also recommend.
