Fantastic service - work was done quickly and very pleased with the results and the gentleman that fitted the windows was very friendly

Company estimator looked at the job. Company quoted price for said job. Price accepted. Company sent fitter for exact measurements. Fitter was grumpy about doing job, ie bit more effort than he was used to I expect. Company cancelled job.
In breach of contract, stay clear and go to a genuine glazing company.

Quick and helpful response to phone call and arranging a site visit. Fitters were friendly polite and respectful. They were diligent and they wired in a tidy and methodical manner.

I did an online request and they responded quickly and arranged a visit to quote that afternoon.
I had an issue with a dropped door and getting harder to lock, and a failed window lock.
I was told a time frame of between 12 & 4, he arrived not long after 12.
Your guy was able to do the jobs there and then and replace the window lock, so saving the need to return. The price was very acceptable. Thank you so much.

Very quick and efficient

We needed some handles replaced on a bedroom window and the booking process was very quick and efficient. A date was booked and the fitter arrived on time and checked the problem. He then booked a another appointment to come back and fit them. On the day he arrived early in the morning and had the new handles fitted in 15 minutes which cured the problem. An excellent service all round.

Very professional job. The guys were quick and efficient replacing my kitchen window. What a difference it has made, I can actually see into my garden now! Couldn't fault the service from start to finish.

One glass panel in a french window bay needed replacing. The inspection visit was quick, with a quote at the end. The price was lower than was paid for a similar replacement and was accepted at once. On the appointed day the fitters arrived early and the job was completed quickly and tidily. Fitter took a card payment. Only downside: the 25 year guarantee is not transferable to next house-owner and invoice does not specify which window in the bay was replaced.

The cancellation policy states 2 weeks, but is actually up to their disgresion and was in fact 2 days!! (not stated on the T&Cs). I was told that they had prepared the glass as soon as my order arrived.
I was told they would be arriving at 8am and they turned up at 9:30am
Out of the 5 windows they were replacing, one was incorrectly measured and the other one was scratched.....terrible quality control. I had a repair done to the upvc surround that was so badly done, I will need to arrange another repair.
Also the office staff were unfriendly and unhelpful. I got the feeling that they couldn't be bothered

All very straightforward.
Engineer came to look at window with the problem and gave me a quote within 10 minutes.
A second engineer then came approx two weeks later and fitted the replacement window.

The initial visit to my house in Bristol went well: he verbally offered a quote at a reasonable price, including VAT. I later got the same quote in written form in email and was ready to pay for the work. Then another written quote came through, with the same quote ID, for the exact same work but 300 quid higher (nearly 40% more). I called and texted but got no explanation for the two quotes, just a redescription of the work. This strikes me as dodgy and goes against the whole idea of written quotes. If I had not seen the second email and agreed to the terms of the quote with that quote number, I would have paid a lot more than I was ready to.
