Initial measurements were wrong but things ok on second attempt
Appointment for initial measurement was made quickly and fitting arranged for 3 weeks later, but it turned out that the measurements were wrong and the glass didn't fit! Second fitting appointment arranged for 2 weeks later, this time with the right sized glass. Fitting team were polite & efficient and cleaned up afterwards. Can't fault the installation.

Our replacement double glazed window pane was replaced on the due date with the minimum of fuss and the wooden beading put back in place ready for painting.

Clear double glazing replacement for cloudy.
The window men used the correct removal and fitting tools and the five new double glazing panels were fitted within 90 minutes.

Shatter door pane replaced
Shatter door pane replaced to high spec. Technicians were professional and respectful. However, it took a while to get a survey and the remedials scheduled in. Also remedial works were postponed/ rescheduled.
