Omg from initially making the phone 📞 to getting the huge front 🪟 the whole experience was absolutely 💯 % fantastic. I an almost sure the initial chap 👦 coming with the estimate was James....great easy straightforward job...then he came back as arranged with Jayden( hope that's right).I must say my wife and I could not have been anymore impressed 😉 they were both in then done and out off away all done 👍 wow fantastic brilliant wonderful marvellous job 👏 Cheers guys 👦 and the whole firm for a bloody great experience 👏 👍 😀. We will both be telling as many people as we can that you guys and girls are awesome. I have used this company several times to replace double glazed units in wooden window frames and have always been impressed with the service and quality of work. When I decided to replace some wooden frames with upvc I had no hesitation in asking Cloudy to Clear to carry out the work which involved replacing 6 frames. From start to finish they provided a first class service, the work was carried out as per schedule and and I am delighted with the quality of the frames and double glazed units. The two fitters did an excellent job and worked diligently and cleanly for the 2 days that they were here.
I will certainly use this company again when necessary.

Very disappointed with this company.
The job of replacing a misty window in a bedroom was ok, it was the workers attitude and damage caused to the window sill below it.
He was heard throwing tools down on the floor, cursing and swearing which is totally unacceptable.
Before he left on his own admission he said he’d not had an awkward job like this one for a longtime.
When i complained to the company with photographs of the damage i had a reply basically saying I was lying and making the whole situation up.
They want to look at who they are employing!!!
I decided to pay the bill in the end as they threatened me with legal action.
Be wary of this company.
Would definitely not recommend.

Had a window replaced literally took 5 mins, good price but a bit rushed.

Absolutely first rate experience from the assessment to the fitting. The guys arrived on time, were very polite, efficient and tidy. Can't fault this company and will be using them again.

I chose your company based on the previous service you had delivered at my house, this job was in fact for my elderly father in law who lives alone in Tarleton.

We/he was more than satisfied with the quality of the work carried out, and the friendly approach of the staff.

Great service from1st contact requesting a quote to Installation couldn’t fault Cloudy 2 Clear Highly recommend & will definitely use again if needed Excellent Customer service also and price

Installer was friendly and professional in removing and installing a replacement unit. He cleaned up afterwards. Only point was that the unit had wrong width leading which meant they had to return and replace the replacement unit with one that had correct diamond leading.

Cloudy2clear Windows gave a good price for replacing two windows and fixing a patio door. They were friendly, professional and got the job down quickly and smoothly. I’ve already recommended them to a friend.

We were pleased with the way Stan came and measured our windows. The job, when done, was carried out well. Only for the lack of communication from the office and the fact that we didn’t receive a receipt, this could have been a five star review.

Arranged measuring up at a time to fit around my work and also came to fit at a time to suit. Pleasant staff and happy with the result. Can see through my window again.

Did have to wait a while for the job to be done due to bad weather, but have no complaints about the fitter or the price. Have used you before and will again if I need to.
