How quickly the decision was made to replace the damaged pane.
How quickly agents were sent to replace it. These agents were very presentable, friendly and knowledgeable. The pane was replaced without any mess or inconvenience to ourselves.

Came to give a quote very quickly. Priced the job from a standard set of guidelines, i.e. no haggling over the cost.
New units took about 4 weeks for manufacture and delivery. Fitting process went very smoothly and quickly.
We are deligheted we can see out of our bedroom window again!
