Excellent service. The initial call was easy and so was the set up of an appointment for the estimate. Work completed very professionally shortly after. The repairers were pleasant and considerate by default even taking their outside shoes off before entering our property without being asked. Would definitely use them again. 10/10

Had 3 window panels replaced recently, and the team that did the works were exceptional from start to finish. Very quick response to start with and really helpfull advice. On site survey and dimensions taken and then very quick and clean job carried out once the panels were made. Would fully recommend this company.

Efficient, professional service

Replaced 3 double glazed units. Price given was cost effective. Booking done on the day to get them fitted. All 3 replaced and look as good as the originals. This is the third time using this company. Very professional and excellent customer service. Highly recommend if you want to get your double glazed units replaced.

I only had the one small window to replace this time but I received the same level of attention to detail and customer service that I received for my previous 4 window order.

I had considered completely replacing two bedroom windows, the small opening ones couldn’t be cleaned properly. This company gave a quote for replacement panels and the front door window, which I thought was not repairable. To my delight they said yes we can fix that. Once I accepted the quote, the work was carried about two weeks later. No fuss, no mess and all done very professionally

The representative came on time and was knowledgeable and polite.. We are very pleased with the window pane. The price was very competitive.

They visited when they said they would measured the affected windows which have a leaded effect, discussed the option over a patterned design, quoted the price and fitting date. Arrived on the quoted day and fitted the pains with the leaded pattern matching the existing and only took payment when I was fully satisfied with the result. What more do you need.

Windows were fitted with new handles & some were replaced, some would previously not open and were refitted. House now feel more secure & warmer as windows now shut properly.
