A mixed bag really, as the actual work done was very good but the customer service side was poor.

Everytime I rang I had to give all my details to a call centre, then they would pass me through to the local Hampshire team but they would never pick up the phone. Then someone from Jersey would text me saying they were the co-ordinator for the area but everytime I text them back I'd be charged for it.

Then after waiting a few weeks for the agreed date and booking a day off work to let them in they turned up with only one of the four windows I was quoted for, so I had to wait another few weeks for the job to be fully completed. I feel they should have offered a discount because of this but there was no follow up or acknowledgement of the extra time and trouble of this. It's just aswell they did a good job on the windows themselves as I'm not sure I would have been able to get through to anyone to get the job rectified!

The repair men knew nothing of the Jersey co-ordinator or the call centre issues and it seemed impossible to get through to the repair men themselves so it made me very nervous during the process as I had no one to contact. Part of me wishes I went with a local trades person as at least you can contact them directly but having said all this I am very pleased with the work they have done so I can in part recommended them for that.

Have used these guys before, so was happy to use them again. For a replacement patio door window they were £60 cheaper than the local competition. The whole process was handled very well. The chap installing our new glazed unit also fixed another door whilst he was here (FOC). Definately recommend and will use again.

Cloudy2clear took my order punctually and installed the two panes of double glazed windows very carefully. The installers were very precise and completed the work in excellent time. They left the sites clean and tidy. I will certainly use the services of Cloudy2clear again when the need arises.

A very efficient and prompt response to our request for replacing the cracked window. All went ahead as arranged and the replacement glass was fitted quickly and efficiently. We are very pleased with result and having a nice new window glass.

Super happy with this company. Was expecting the repair job we needed to be in the low thousands and was super happy at the £600ish quote we went for.it there and then. They arrived just two weeks later with the replacement glass windows and doors - they were super speedy, tidy, clean and even pointed out some defects with other doors we hadn't noticed before, so we have already contacted them again to get the nect job done. Very happy indeed.
