Landing window replacement.
I had to have an upstairs bedroom window replaced as it was cloudy and today, I had the landing window replaced all within a morning. a phone call to advise that the Fitter was calling, by 1.00 pm and at
11 30 am the Fitter arrived, fitted the window, took the balance of the money and advised me to register for my 25 year guarantee within a month. Great service.

Excellent
Surveyor turned up as promised, asked if we wanted him masked (yes please, so he did), measured the job and gave us a price and installation date on the spot.
The installation date slipped, which is very understandable given the staffing problems around Covid, but we were kept informed (so no star deducted). The fitters turned up punctually on the new date and did the job quickly and neatly.
What's not to like?
Their next job is in the pipeline........

Fantastic service. The man came and measured the windows and I was sent a quote that was very very reasonable and accepted the quote and the work was booked in for two weeks later. The glass has all be changed and I am very happy and they look amazing

Very unhappy - avoid.
Very unhappy. Waited all week for a quote, and then they didn’t turn up at the agreed time. I called them to find out what was happening, and they said they’d send an ‘urgent request’ for someone to call me back. No response, extremely disappointed.
