Superb service!
Set up the sale on their website on Saturday. Couldn't post off until Monday, but did so using the label they emailed me.
Parcel was fully trackable via Royal Mail. It arrived with them on Tuesday. I then got emails telling me the progress through the test and evaluation. Final email telling me I'd be paid after 4pm. And I was.
Payment for the original offer amount in my bank by end of Tuesday, a total of 4 days.
Nothing to fault. Service great. Info great. Price great. I'm a very satisfied customer.

Clove had the most competitive prices and their service and payout was spot on, I didnt have to query anything, the whole process was completed within 2-3 days from the time I post my phone back to the time I got paid.
