Very straightforward process
Very straightforward process. I was quoted a price. Clove sent out prepaid envelope with packing material. I sent the phone in via Royal Mail. I was kept up to date by Clove on the process and the funds were in my account same day the phone was received.
Would use again without question.

FAKE 5 star review, with fake reviews! Do not invest your time or products! Con artist with fake evaluation and diagnostics. Dishonest, manipulative, unethical
Stick to CEX!!
This company provided me a value of my OnePlus 10 pro for £450 online. I sent my phone via post and they then claimed after testing there was a fault. My value was now £45. My phone was independently tested by two different companies one of which was CEX. ZERO faults located on my phone.
They con the public into thinking there are faults with their handsets to buy the handsets at rock bottom prices and then resell for maximum gain.

Your device's screen burn is an immediate fault that is recognised amongst all phone recyclers.
Fast and efficient process
I sold my Pixel 6 Pro to Clove, as they offered more than even Samsung's trade in value. This was also significantly higher than competitors.
The process was very slick, a prepaid postage label was sent, so sending my parcel to them on Sat from the Post Office was easy.
It arrived on the Monday and Clove immediately assessed the phone and initiated the payment.
It was in my account on Monday night.
Very impressive, no fuss, just an efficient service I would definitely use again and recommend.

Super smooth and fast transaction….return envelope arrived next day, it was posted back same day and got money following day as per original quote….wow….I usually sell my phones to Musicmagpie but this was faster and more cash.

Excellent service.
The process went very smoothly and had no issues.
I submitted order on a Tuesday, got the label with envelope packet on the Wednesday, I then Shipped it out on the Thursday and funds got to me on the Friday after they had inspected it during the day. So very fast turnaround and happy with the service given. The amount was also what was quoted and expected. Would use again in future.

Outstanding service from beginning to end! I filled in the online form, received the free postage label straight away. Posted my phone a Tuesday, they received it and proceeded it the next day and the money was in my account on the Thursday morning.

i was so nervous to use this company to sell my brand new (sealed) iphone 13. Clove were offering £200 more that their competitors, this is what made me nervous. glad i did it anyway. it took 6 days for the postage pack to arrive and i sent it in their pack but paid for SD with royal mail on a sunday. they received the phone on tuesday afternoon and the phone was processed within 1 hour. they sent me emails updating me on every step. payment was not made on the tuesday so i chased it up on wednesday morning and the payment went straight in! 10/10. will be using this service again. Thanks Clove.

Easy phone recycling
I used to use Clove to buy SIM-free phones in the past so their name jumped out on the comparison site.
The process was very simple and only took a few days. I look after my phones so got the top price with no problems (good quality screen protector and case covering the camera lenses).
