There were other companies paying a bit more, but went with the good reviews the company had already received. If your device is how you say it is, you’ll get what you’re quoted for and paid on the day the item arrives.

I recycled my google phone using Clove Recycling. I got a fair price quoting on their website. I placed the order, they sent me a package pack with pre-paid royal mail label. After three days, I received a confirmation email for the arrival of the phone. The next day, I got update emails for device check and issue payment. At the end of that day, I received the correct amount of money. Every step was quick and smooth. I'm happy with the whole service.

Should have trusted my instincts.
Sent 2 pristine S20 Ultra's back, had been in a case perfect condition, quoted £271 each.
Revalued at £66!
Said one of them had call of duty burned into the screen.
I am 51 and my husband is 55 we do not play call of duty and never have.
We have looked up what the call of duty logo looks like and it does not seem to resemble what they have shown in their pictures.
We have had the phones from new, the pictures they supplied for the other phone I could not see anything where they had circled!

Everything went smoothly 3 days from initial contact and money was in my bank! Superb!

This is the first time that I have used Clove Recycling and, if I'm honest, I was a little skeptical at first as Clove were offering me way more than other companies offering the same (buy your device) service.

I needn't have worried as Clove were good to their word. I got the amount they said that they would pay me and the whole process took less than 48 hours.

Overall, an excellent service that I would by happy to recommend to others. Five stars!!!!
