Paid the amount promised
I have been lucky so far with my electronic devices. Always getting the amount as promised. Same applies for Clove. Super fast processing and payment. I guess with used electronic devices many people have expectations that cannot be fulfilled by the companies if the information provided was not accurate. My advise to the rest, always be honest and don't over estimate the value of your device.

Hello Gary, we are sorry to hear you were less than satisfied with our A52s revaluation. We base all our valuations on the comparative market rate for that model of phone in a certain condition, weighted by supply and demand. If you had selected the correct model (A52s) at the time of ordering and not the A52 you selected, you would have seen the current valuation being offered.
Still no payment after 2 weeks
My partner sent his new phone to this company to which they quoted £565. He received an email confirming they received the phone however no money has been paid!!
Over 2 weeks now and Clove are alleging my partner provided incorrect bank details and that the money is in "limbo" so until they receive the money back they cannot pay him?! This is absolutely absurd. My partner sent the correct details and if the details did not match the name then surely a transfer of monies would not have been possible.
Terrible communication from Clove, whenever you ring the phone number it goes through to answer machine.
Complete scam.
They have a brand new mobile phone and have not paid for it!
Absolutely shocking service.
Completely avoid this company at all cost!

Simple and efficient
Like other reviewers here, I was a little cynical and hesitant to use Clove Recycling because the price they offered me for my old phone was substantially higher than any other companies. I read the reviews on here and decided to go for it, and I'm so glad I did. The whole process was incredibly easy and efficient. I sent my old phone in on Friday, it arrived Monday, and the payment was issued today (Tuesday) around tea time. I was updated with emails at every step of the process and the price I was offered was what I got. Overall, I am very happy with this service and wouldn't hesitate to use it again.

Brilliant & quick service
Brilliant service, offered the best price online, sent the pre paid bag quickly (no box/bubble wrap etc but I just reused old ones), and even though I forgot to include the note with my order number etc on, it was still processed and paid the next day
