CLS Lending and the owner Reynaldo Uballe are FRAUD of the century.

In my personal experience, CLS Capital Holdings LLC, which I understand is associated with CLS Lending and owned/managed by Reynaldo Uballe, played a key role in the funding structure presented to me by McClain Bell of Elysium Private Equity Firm.

As it was explained to me, CLS Capital Holdings was supposed to act as the preferred equity provider in a 3:1 funding program. The structure I was shown stated that:

CLS Capital Holdings LLC would inject $25 million in preferred equity into a trust account.

My company would contribute 5% of that amount in cash.

That $25 million trust, together with my contribution, would then support a 3x line of credit, resulting in a $75 million funding facility for my projects.

This CLS “equity injection” was presented as a critical, non-negotiable part of the program and was a major reason I agreed to proceed and risk such a large amount of my own and borrowed funds.

However, despite wiring significant funds into this structure, no $25 million injection from CLS, no usable trust account, and no $75 million line of credit ever materialized for me. I have not received any clear evidence that CLS Capital Holdings actually provided the equity they were repeatedly represented as supplying, nor have I received a refund or meaningful assistance in recovering my money.

From my standpoint, CLS Capital Holdings LLC was a central name used to give the appearance of institutional backing and credibility to a program that, in my case, delivered nothing but financial loss and emotional stress for my family. Based on my experience, I believe their involvement in this arrangement has been extremely harmful.

I am sharing this so that others exercise extreme caution and perform very thorough independent due diligence before engaging with CLS Capital Holdings LLC, CLS Lending, or any related parties in similar funding structures. My goal is to help others avoid going through what my family and I have experienced.
