How Our Family Lost $1.08 Million Pursuing Promised Funding

We are sharing this review to describe our personal experience and to encourage others to conduct extensive due diligence before participating in any funding program.
Our family became involved in a funding structure that included Redell Vincent Napper Jr. and Momentum Financial Group, along with McClain Bell of Elysium Private Equity Network and Reynaldo Uballe of CLS Capital Holdings LLC.
According to the representations made to us, we were informed that we would receive a $75 million line of credit through a 3:1 funding structure promoted by McClain Bell and described through Elysium Private Equity Network. The structure was presented as follows:
• CLS Capital Holdings LLC would provide a minimum of $25 million in preferred equity.
• Our company would contribute 5%.
• That contribution would support a $25 million trust.
• The trust would then be leveraged into a 3x line of credit totaling $75 million.
Based on these representations, we proceeded with the transaction and ultimately paid a total of $1,080,000. We possess supporting documentation, including agreements and payment records, although such materials cannot be attached to this review.
Unfortunately, the funding structure did not produce the outcome that had been described to us. The promised $75 million line of credit never materialized, and we were left with substantial debt and significant financial hardship.
As months passed, we continued to seek answers and resolution regarding the funding. However, the financing we expected was never delivered.
In December 2025, McClain Bell re-engaged with us and stated that funding could now be arranged. He also requested that we remove previously posted negative reviews. In an effort to resolve the matter and acting in good faith, we agreed.
In May 2026, we escalated our concerns directly to Redell Vincent Napper Jr. regarding our experience and the issues we believed had arisen through the funding structure being promoted on the Momentum Financial Group platform.
Rather than receiving a resolution that addressed our concerns, we were asked to provide an additional $500,000. This request raised further concerns for us given that the original funding had not been completed and our previous investment had not produced the expected results.
The consequences for our family have been severe. Based on our experience, we believe we were misled regarding the funding that was represented to us. As a result, our family has been left in deep debt, facing substantial financial obligations, mounting bills, ongoing interest payments, and significant emotional stress. What we believed would be an opportunity to advance our business instead created a financial burden that continues to affect our daily lives and our family's future.
If you are considering doing business with Momentum Financial Group, Redell Vincent Napper Jr., Elysium Private Equity Network, McClain Bell, CLS Capital Holdings LLC, Reynaldo Uballe, or related parties, we strongly encourage you to conduct your own independent investigation and due diligence before making any financial commitment.
Our purpose in sharing this review is to help others make informed decisions and to prevent other families and business owners from experiencing the financial and emotional hardship that our family has endured.
