Constant emails every day

Constant emails every day, I've unsubcribed and I've added to spam and blocked sender. Somehow they keep coming through from Matt Anderson with rubbish about golf days. I have never subscribed and dont even like golf. I've resulting in replying with F Off but as they are probably marketing bot accounts, it won't get read.

Shocking customer service

Shocking customer service. You pay them to advertise in two locations. They do one. You query it and no response despite trying to gain one from your so called dedicated account manager and finance. Then they have the gall to bill you for the duration on the unfulfilled contract. Legal advise being sought for a full refund

SPAM

Yet again spam e-mails. I clicked on the button to unbribed and the following day I had another e-mail. I called and demanded that my details are taken off and if I receive anymore e-mails I will report to the ICO. The next day I had yet another e-mail trying to sell me something. I have reported this to the ICO, I would avoid this company as they cant even get this right

Harrasment by SPAM and Repeatedly Ignored by the Organisation

Below, I have copied the text from the reviews I have started to leave on the Google Reviews page of the gold clubs that Clubhouse Sports Media represents:

I have repeatedly been contacted by Clubhouse Sports Media, representing Silkstone Golf Club, who are selling advertising at Silkstone Golf Club.

My previous interactions with Clubhouse Sports Media at Chesterfield Golf Club have been as follows:

Following receipt of Clubhouse Sports Media’s marketing email, I contacted Alex Lewis, Project Manager, to ascertain where Clubhouse Sports Media had obtained my details from. Alex failed to respond to me.

As I had not received an email response from Clubhouse Sports Media, I telephoned their office to be advised that Alex was unavailable to speak to. I asked to speak to Georgina Keville who is named as I Director on Companies House. I was advised that she was not based in the office so left my details to call back. Georgia failed to call me back.

I then received another email from Alex Lewis, again trying to sell advertising at Chesterfield Golf Club.

As I had received no response to my earlier email of message, I telephoned Clubhouse Sports Media again and left another message for Georgina to call back.

I received a call back from Jake who advised that Georgina has no involvement with the business (despite being listed as a Director on Companies House) and that Gareth would be calling me back once he was out of a meeting in 40 minutes. Gareth also failed to call back.

Having received no call back from Gareth, I telephoned Jake back – I was advised Gareth was on his lunch break and would call be back that day. Gareth failed to call back again.

In an effort to move matters forward, I contacted Sean Boyle, Manager of Chesterfield Gold Club, detailing the above and requesting he contact Clubhouse Sports Media on my behalf to ask them to respond to my multiple call-back requests. Sean emailed back advising he would ask Clubhouse Sports Media to contact me.

Clubhouse Sports Media failed to respond.

I emailed Sean again and advised him of this. Sean did not respond.

I emailed Sean again for an update as I was still receiving marketing emails from Clubhouse Sports Media.

Sean emailed back and said I would need to contact Clubhouse Sports Media directly.

I emailed Sean back and advised I had been trying.

I did not receive any further response from either Clubhouse Sports Media or Chesterfield Golf Club, just further marketing emails from Clubhouse Sports Media.

I then began receiving the same template emails for Silkstone Golf Club. I sent details of the above to Sally Neuhauser, Club Manager.

I received two further emails from Clubhouse Sports Media trying again to sell advertising at Silkstone Golf Club.

Sally responded a couple of weeks later, advising that she had passed the matter to Sam at Clubhouse Sports Media. Sam failed to respond.

I am now receiving the same template emails from Ben Spend at Clubhouse Sports Media for Hickleton Golf Club…

I am disappointed that Silkstone Gold Club has not managed to provoke a response from their representative, Clubhouse Sports Media and that I am having to spend more of my time dealing with this matter.

These guys are the king of spam emails

These guys are the king of spam emails. I have received 2 emails today already. They literally email me several times every day. Why they think I am interested is beyond me but all I can say is Alex Lewis the sender of the unsolicited emails (if that is an actual person) is being reported along with the company to the Information Commissioners Office. They even have 2 Trustpilot accounts.

Update: I urge everyone who receives these emails to also report it to the ICO. It takes 5 minutes online and these people have power to levy hefty fines.

Update 27.09.24: These spammers continue to send me emails regularly and each one is reported to the ICO. Hopefully the ICO will have enough and deal with these fools.

I keep getting spam emails from this…

I keep getting spam emails from this company. I've never signed up to emailing list, and have absolutely no interest in advertising with golf businesses. They must be literally spamming every single business they can find within a 10 mile radius. It's a terrible practice, they need to stop it immediately.

Grubby Outfit With No Morals

Clubhouse Sports Media have been spamming us for years. It doesn't matter how many times you try to unsubscribe because they use the same mailing lists again and again for different golf clubs. The product itself is a joke, and any golf club that falls for their nonsense has only themselves to blame.
One of the worst companies in the UK
