Cover replacement
I asked for the most appropriate cover for furniture purchased in 2024 that is no longer a stock item. I was advised of the most suitable model and purchased the cover. It fits really well and is a better quality fabric that the one it replaces. Thank you for your advice.

I ordered garden furniture from this company in 2019 and could not fault them. Quality item and great customer service. I can only assume they have been taken over as my recent experience when replacing the previous garden furniture has been shocking.
The delivery driver tried to get me to leave immediate feedback on Facebook for a company with a completely different name. The item is basically cheap crap, no longer has the Club Rattan logo and I can be certain this will not last me 6 years like the other set. The cushion depth is not as advertised and the table top wobbles as the screws are too long for the holes. I have emailed them today to give them chance to resolve my concerns and have had a passive aggressive response which shows they didn't read my email in full and literally do not care. On top of this they are trying to get me to pay £95 to return the item, when their website clearly states they will cover the cost of the return if the item is faulty which is breaking trading laws!
They are absolutely not the same company they were in 2019, so I would advise anyone to avoid and if you really want cheap quality with thin cushions, go and pay half the price in B&M, at least they don't try and pretend you're getting something you're not.

From the very beginning, we remained in constant communication, doing our best to find the most suitable solution. Unfortunately, the originally ordered set was no longer available, which we informed you about. We presented several alternative options, including the same but upgraded set with a higher-quality tabletop, along with a discount to minimize the price difference. We also offered to collect the incorrect item asap and deliver the new set.But in the end we didn't get an answer, only accusations.
The pickup process took longer primarily due to ongoing discussions regarding the available options. However, as soon as the item was collected, we immediately processed the refund. Please note that the time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your bank’s processing times, which can take a few days.
We always strive to provide the best possible service and offer solutions tailored to our customers’ needs. We regret that we couldn’t reach a resolution in this case. If there is anything else we can assist you with, please don’t hesitate to reach out.

Good value and quality rattan furniture
We ordered the Ashley Rattan 9 person corner sofa and the furniture is good quality and the bits that you have to assemble are easy to do. Only issue I had is that the delivery agent did not turn up with the goods on 2 occasions.

The service I've recieved has been great i ordered late on a Wednesday night and it came on the following Tuesday it's such a quick delivery I've not yet opened my corner unit yet and put it together so I carnt comment on that I will put a review on it when it's put up .the delivery driver brought it right down my drive so we did have to take it far round the back garden he was a really nice man.
