Cluedress 

I ordered two items in May. They were very badly fitted and the sizing was way out. I emailled them. They take about two weeks to respond to emails and wanted me to take a photo of me in the items to prove that they were too small. They then said that it would cost me a lot of money to return the items and they would refund me 10%. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

I ordered 7 items from cluedress as the advertising shown beautiful designs in linen. I was shocked and very disappointed with the quality and texture. The items were not linen very cheap and nasty material which are see through and looked like they would fall apart in the wash. I have had an horrendous time trying to contact them and there is no way to return them which doesn’t cost you a fortune. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. They are not responsive to returns and correspondance is shocking. I’m disgusted that they are allowed to sell good as they are not as described and prove to be quite expensive.

I mirror everything said in these reviews. After 5 weeks I am about to launch a dispute with my credit card company to get my £50 back and will also put in an official complaint to FaceBook (so annoyed at my own stupidity). Please, do not buy from this company. I repeat DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY they are a SCAM.

This is an update to my past two reviews. I had an email from them offering me a 10% refund on my order which would amount to 8.00 but I am still one item less which I should have a full refund for. I am disgusted and trying to contact them is a joke. I have told them I do not expect that they will honor this so I will make it so difficult for them through my reviews that hopefully no one else will purchase anything from this Scam of a site.

This company are a disgrace. Badly made clothes that look nothing like the photos. No UK returns policy so you have to pay more to send it back than any item is worth. A pair of 'medium' trousers fit my size 8-10 daughter! When I asked to return them I was told I would have to prove they were the wrong size for me. I'm a UK 14. I have been offered £1.92 as a settlement, having paid £19.20 for them. This is after 3 emails trying to get a returns address from them. I still haven't been given one, because it doesn't exist.
One top I bought is definitely a rip off of someone else's design - I couldn't see that clearly in the photo provided.
I am so annoyed with myself for falling for a Facebook scam advert and am putting up this post alongside all the others that I should have checked before I purchased anything from this website. Buyer beware.

I mirror everything which has already been said about this appalling company. Clothes cheap, wrong sized and Ill fitting. Getting a label to return took over 7 days with lots of emails and messenger messages. They offered 15% refund to keep item, items which dont even fit!!! Absolutely terrible clothes and service. I have a feeling my refund won't be straight forward either, probably wace bye bye to £50.
Please please Don't Buy from them.

I have already wrote a review but just had to write another one after a number of emails to them asking when my dress was going to arrive nothing back i then messaged them through FB to which they did reply telling me its on its way i then told them if it was'nt here in the next few days i was going to take it further they then blocked me. The dressed finally arrived and oh my gosh it was awful its not even good enough for the charity shop please do not buy from them think FB SHOULD BE TOLD.

Don't buy! Clothes poor quality and sizes are either too small or too big. If you want to return the items you have to pay custom taxes that cost more than the clothes themselves!

DO NOT Buy! Dispute numerous emails less than 12 hours after ordering to cancel and then replying, they still sent out the goods 5 weeks later. All rubbish sizing, material, quality nothing like pictures! Still haven’t replied about returning them!! Very expensive mistake.

I had my parcel tracking and signed for, cost a fortune and then was told that they haven’t received them when I know they had because it was being tracked.
contacted PayPal to made a claim.
Cluedress emailed me sayIng if I cancelled the claim they would THEN refund me.
I didn’t and have finally won my claim and been refunded

Ordered a dress from here, took 6 weeks to arrive but they took the money immediately, I emailed to ask where my dress was took them 2 days to reply and the email made no sense at all, the dress is poor quality not like the picture, a nightie it will be, never again absolute rubbish

Iam so cross with cluedress no response at all PayPal closed my case , I don’t understand how Facebook still let them advertise, that’s me lost my money wish we could all do something to stop people from buying I can’t comment because they have blocked me

I made an order totalling £139 on May 11th. No contact from Cluedress acknowledging the order after Emailing several times I received an Email with a tracking number you can't track..... All posts on their FB ad say they're based in Atlanta America, they have an office there but all clothes seem to be manufactured and sent from China.
I Emailed, raised a PayPal complaint and posted on their FB ad asking where my order was, yep you guessed it no reply and I got blocked on FB. Cluedress did reply to the PayPal dispute, asking me to contact customer services; which I'd already done with no reply!
Finally received my order 5/6weeks later.... Awful, awful, awful. Honestly shocking. The cheapest synthetic material, really poorly sewn and despite ordering all my items in the same size, I received items all labelled as an XL (UK 14 apparently), but in reality when measured they range from a UK 10 to 22....The quality of this companies clothes make Primark clothes look like Prada ( I have no issue with Primark purely a comparison ).
I have since Emailed the company several times asking fur a return address, they haven't replied to any of my correspondence. My complaint is still open with PayPal, I can only hope I get a refund £139.00 is a LOT of money to lose, because the clothes are truly unwearable ; even if sized correctly.
Please don't make the same mistake as me, go to Dotty Ps, at least you know what you're getting, I wish I did!

The dresses I ordered were poor quality and nothing as described. I returned them straight away but have not received a refund. I now have an ongoing dispute with Paypal.I would NEVER order anything from them again

AVOID,AVOID,AVOID!!! Quality of the clothing is horrendous and their returns policy is a joke.

Returned items as were not suitable, still waiting for £60 refund months later!! Should be shut down. Rip off company!!

Please do not use this company,, I wish I had checked before I had spent £96.00... I have not received the items and they do not reply to emails.. it’s been a month now

Do not order from this company... they will not refund you or exchange an item. They eventually ignore your emails.. they should be closed down.
