I'm writing a further review to my previous one 4 days ago. I continued to email them and also used Facebook messenger to which someone replied immediately asking for my email address!! They then replied via email with the sob sorry about import tax etc and stated they would be prepared to give back 10 per cent. I emailed straight back stating by law they should give me a full refund, but would except whatever they would offer, as I was sick to the back teeth and was determined to get something! Low and behold today £2.70 has been credited to my PayPal account from them. I WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING ON LINE FROM THIS COMPANY OR ANY SUCH OTHER AGAIN AND WOULD ADVISE OTHERS NOT TO.

The moral of this story is dont ever order anything from this company!
I received my order and all the items were to small. After the email reply from them sating they were on 3 days holiday I chased them 3 times via email, only to receive this:
Sorry for delay your reply.
In fact,could you please post a contrast photo or take pictures about the items you try on??
I mean you send us the pictures of the items compared with your own suitable in same size .
And, it is what our manager need to check if the items don't fit you.

Needless to say I have emailed back requesting where in their returns policy there is a requirement to send a photo.... I wait to see what they come back with!
Never buy from them!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I wish i had read these reviews before i ordered. I have been told they are on 3 days holiday after asking for a refund as the item I bought was way off sizing.

Took forever to be delivered (a month from delayed comfirmation email). Sizing is completely off and different for every item. Customer services take forever to get back to you and every email advises you the office is on holiday for 3 days and may not reply. Still awaiting information on how to return items but they want them returned within 15days and they do not offer free returns so have to fork out for shipping.

Ordered never come , emails not answered, claimed money back through PayPal.

Steer clear!!
Shoes are very small for sizes, dresses are massive and awful quality.
Been trying to return items for a week and they are trying to make me jump through hoops.

Terrible experience. Waited 2 months for orders and chased three times. When it finally arrived there were buttons missing and sizes variable. Trying to send 2 items back. Have sent 3 emails and no response. I would never use them again

Disgusting. Late arriving, items not what was expected re fabric, size and shoes smelt of plastic. Have asked for a refund and to return all items but have heard nothing. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

I had exactly the same email as Jayne Gillett. I have returned the item - at my own expense but 'Ben' is now not answering my daily emails. Feel totally duped and livid!! Will avoid any Chinese type companies on FB again.

Terrible clothes, bad quality fabric, cheap and nasty
and if you’ve ordered linen that’s not what you’ll get. Lesson learned....check reviews on trustpilot, not their made-up reviews on their site. I even ordered earrings and received one earring...can you believe that !! Hate to be duped but this is a fake site and don’t order anything from them. No returns option and no hope of a refund. DO NOT BUY from them EVER!

Still waiting for my order. Now asked for a refund nothing as yet. After reading reviews very apprehensive whether I will get my money back. Wont bother ever ordering anything else from this company. Appalling service.

Shockingly bad clothes. No care labels in some of them. Definitely not Linen on Linen items purchased. Some items too small. Some fabrics are horrible. I've complained to my credit card company to get a refund. I'm not wasting my time or more money returning the items. DON'T BUY FROM CLUEDRESS.

I have posted one star, really should be none, take it off. This company needs taking off facebook.
I feel really cheated.
When my dress arrived, it was not the dress in the photo, it was like a nylon overall, down to the floor and very badly made.Tried to return it but have given up, as e mails were written in pigeon English and after 3 rd one, they have not even replied to me. So it's gone in the bin, not even fit to send to the charity shop.She
Warning!!!!!!!! Do not buy from this seller, you will be very disappointed.

I have been chasing this company for a refund ever since their shoddily made and ill fitting clothes arrived. It has taken weeks to get a response, and then it was to ask for photographic evidence that the clothes did not fit! I will be posting warning comments whenever I see this company pop up on FB as I suspect I will never get my refund.

DON’T BUY FROM THEM!! Awful clothes and I doubt I’ll get a refund. Only good for washing my car with, not wearing them. Came up on my FB often and the pictures looked lovely , pah, I feel quite foolish now.

Shocking quality and nothing like the picture, I almost laughed if money wasn't so tight at the moment. I would give them no stars if I could.

Absolutely terrible quality, sizing and poor customer service. Facebook should remove this company. I really wished that I had read previous reviews from here. Took weeks for the items to be delivered and no way will you get a refund. Please do not buy from them.

Have only received half of the order after 6 weeks. Dungarees, small size, which are HUGE! Quality is bad.
Communication is bad. Totally unacceptable. I don't know why Facebook keep their adverts going.
I didn't read the other reviews before buying - I wish I had. If I could give this company a minus star, I would. Be warned!!!!

Horrible. Bought 4 items, 2 ok to do gardening in! Tried to return the other 2 items but after several email exchanges they sent me this email:
We are sorry for bring you unpleasant shopping experience.
Because the goods are shipping from other countries, the custom fee is so high when return.
It may be lost in the process of returning. If lost, we can't refund the money to you.
In the process of returning goods, the high custom tax you will be charged. The cost far exceeds the value of the goods.
If you really do not want it and it is not suitable for you, you can send it to your friends or family.
In order to show our sincerity we can give you 10% refund of the amount of the items, do you agree?

Horrendous, Facebook link says it's fine/easy to return/ refund - thois is not the case. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. CLOTHES ARE RUBBISH AND THERE'S NO REFUND.

I regularly see this advert coming up on my Facebook feed and, in a very low week in lockdown, I decided that retail therapy was in order! I bought 4 items but there was no indication that they were coming from anywhere else but the UK. Delivery time 5-25 days depending in items. Money left immediately. Clothes arrived 3 follow up emails and 6 weeks later from China. Quality iffy, stain on the front of one item and one size way different to the others. I requested I return 2 items and basically got told I couldn’t as it would cost too much to send back to China and they offered me 10% refund. They are banking on you not wanting the hassle.

So, the moral of the story... walk away from the advert on FB when you are feeling low. Have a gin and save money!
