The tutors are amazing, very friendly, and approachable. I appreciate the system that allows parents to track their child's progress and view video recordings later on.

A total scam, they charged me 190, then proceeded to charge me another 47 three times! They wont pick up their call and won’t also reply. It’s a SCAM!

Great program - was worried about not being able to cancel or put on hold if I needed to, after reading reviews, but everything was fair and upfront.
My daughter LOVED her tutors - English (Bridget - Scottish teacher) and Stephanie for Math ... we got the program to assist with making sure our 10 year old was ready for mainstream school after 3 years of home-schooling. I wish we'd started it earlier - as it's a great one on one way to learn and home-schooling kids should definitely give it a go. The feedback and reports at the end of each lesson is also really good. Two thumbs up - definitely recommend.

Cluey has been an easy and engaging experience. My initial consultation was positive with all my needs respected and met. My son's Tutor has always been punctual and receptive to his immediate needs. We also receive reminder texts on the day of the tutoring and a followup progress report shortly after the session too.

They called me and told me into setting up a payment for the trial lesson. I confirmed several times whether the payment will be confirmed before being processed. The salesperson told me there will be a 40 dollar payment for the first few lessons. After sending the welcoming email, she then told me I was charged. I wasn't even notified of the payment. What's worse is that I was charged NZD 190 in total!!!!! After this nonsense, I couldnt reach her or ANYONE by calling back nor could I get any confirmation email of the payment!!!! This is a total SCAM!

I read some of the negative reviews and was a bit concerned but the Learning Advisor persuaded me to try it and i have to say everything with that internet portal went smoothly. It was easy to navigate and everything I tried to do such as rescheduling lessons, and choosing a budget plan worked perfectly. Would wholeheartedly recommend it.

I was so worried about my ADHD son and when I first talked to Cluey Learning I thought he couldn't possibly benefit from online tutoring but I was wrong. He finds the online environment very secure and safe and the constant interaction keeps him engaged and he loves it. Cluey has tutors who specialise in students with learning issues and they're brilliant!

According to my child, the tutors at Cluey have helped her understand many topics in various subjects. She can now see herself as competitive, which has significantly boosted her self-confidence.

I've been using Cluey for my son’s math and English tutoring for three weeks now, and it's been a positive experience. The personalized approach and engaging tutors really help him grasp the concepts better. I’m already seeing improvements in his understanding and confidence. Overall, I’m quite happy with the service!

Please don’t sign up with Cluey. They are an absolute scam and Are unreliable and you cannot connect with them at all. They continuously text me to say Our was cancelled or change etc. And then when I made other plans for my daughter they phoned me that day to see if she was going to be attending her session and then I said I was text that it was cancelled. They said oh okay well will let this go. This one cancelled this one time but you’ll be charged next time even though they were the ones he said it wascancelled in the first place. I’m trying to contact them right now but cannot get onto them at all in any way shape or form. They are not worth the trouble.

Cluey learning is a scam. Please don't go with them. Yesterday I paid money for one session. When I checked my card, I found out that they charged for two sessions. I called so many times, asked for support and just got voice that first i have to login to Cluey Hub. But problem that couldn't even login to Cluey Hub at all. This morning they said to me link, they said that I can join session with tutor through the link, but the link is doesn't work. And it's no refund. I have to block my card, so they can stop to take money from my account. Terrible experience. I didn't get any service and it's no refund. Please don't go with them.

I was signed up on a trial for 2 lessons for my son. We decided to go in a different direction but now they keep charging me. Phone number is useless no matter what options you select you end up with “go to the Cluey learning hub” and they hang up. Because we were on a trial we don’t have full portal access, no chat help and we can’t manage the account. So it seems now that I have a choice between paying them forever or driving to their Sydney office

Used to work there as a tutor. Its as bad as all the reviews say. The other reviews from tutors say its a minimum wage job but its actually below minimum wage as they don't pay the casual adjustment or superannuation. Yeah, its not legal what theyre doing and theyll be fined and forced to repay the unpaid wages to tutors when they eventually go to court over it. They mainly hire people from India and Phillippines and not Australians. Tutors are treated vry badly. Worse thing is tutors get fined by Cluey if they get sick and miss a lesson. Again not legal.

My son was not open to the idea of tutoring in person. His anxiety with maths was causing him to withdraw in school, since starting with clues he is already becoming more confident and engaging more in his maths classes

Once we found the right tutor for our daughter she really enjoyed the lessons and increased her knowledge and confidence.
