It’s my third purchase with cluse , this one known a delay of more than a month

I am very happy with my Cluse watch. I bought two items plus an additional strap. The parcel arrived within 2 weeks. The look of the watch I received corresposds to the pictures on the web site. Only be prepared that the marble face of watch can come in variable patterns , so the veins my watch came a bit plainer then on the picture. The pink rose gold metal looks very beautiful !

Love the watch and the packaging. It took a while to arrive, but it was worth it. I’m a bit concerned about all of the “care” instructions, because I frequently wear watches for days at a time and sometimes accidentally shower with one on, so we’ll see how well this one holds up. I love the green & gold color combo, and I really love that it’s resizeable, because I have TINY wrists. And I mean, comically tiny.

I recently bought two watches from 'Cluse', the Le Tetragone in rose gold (case) with a butterscotch strap & the La Boheme in full black. Both watches were beautifully designed & looked exactly as pictured on the website.

The Le Tetragone watch was bought, despatched & delivered within 3 days. There was a slight delay in the despatching of the La Boheme watch as it was during the Christmas period, though I was informed via email regarding the delay & when I could expect it to arrive.

I would certainly recommend 'Cluse' & will be purchasing their products again in future.

Initially I had problems, my parcel was lost by the carrier. I got in touch with Cluse by email and they couldn’t have been more helpful, I received my replacement parcel within 48 hours. Thank you Cluse for a very good service.

Watch is very lovely, however the straps' quality are not great. I purchased a rose gold metal strap and a grey leather strap, the rose gold metal strap did not stay rose Gold for very long, only wore it for like a month and the colour starting to fade, now it looks like dirty copper. The grey leather strap is very easy to get marked by even not so sharp objects and the colour is rubbed off on certain places on the strap,
again only wore it less than a couple of weeks.

I have not receive my watch and I am still was still waiting for it or a refund. I filled in a request on your website and have not received any news yet..

What i want to say about your product is , i just love the watches i bought from you guys.

my only suggestion is to expedite the shipping time of the product

I am still waiting for my watch to get home after 3 months i bought it. Nobody knows anything and I am still waiting. I dont recomendd it at all. I want my money and I dont want to wait anymore.
