I am about to come to the end of my treatment and the difference it has made to my pain levels and mobility is amazing. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful, I would not hesitate to go back in the future should I have any problems.

Paul & his team are excellent at what they do. Paul was able to identify exactly what the cause of my back and leg pain was. Right from my initial assessment throughout my course of treatment, I have been treated with dignity, respect and have received the highest quality of a care.

The clinic is spotlessly clean with every measure taken to maintain exceptional hygiene.

I honestly had no idea how much the treatment would change my life. My pain is practically gone after years of me thinking it was normal to experience the symptoms I had been.

I could wholeheartedly recommend BAC to anybody who is struggling along with backache and think that it normal.

I have just finished 12 weeks of treatment and would recommend Daniela, she is professional, helpful and sincere about your progress, health and well being. This was my 1st time using a private practice and i was initially apprehensive, my advice would be to do your home work and perseverance is key, it takes time to make progress. Daniela answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable at all times while having treatment, which was important to me, considering treatment is quite hands on at times. I have learnt about my body and how it functions and should function, being educated on what I need to do, to keep my back and shoulder well, I have reduced my back and shoulder pain considerably and have better posture. It was worth my time and money and now my treatment is finished I will be going back once each month to continue to maintain my progress and well being. I’ve been seeing Paul for 8 weeks of treatment and can honestly say that I feel far better now than I did when I first met Paul . He is very knowledgable and has taught me different ways of approaching everyday activities that help along with the treatment to make life more comfortable. The whole team are very professional and friendly they make you feel at ease and I trust Paul’s judgement. I wouldn’t go anywhere else now.

Three months ago i remember walk into the clinic not even bend my back however after initial consultation i was in the care of Daniel she is very professional and know exactly what she was doing, the treatment was spot on and value for money.

While I was on the massage table, I didn't think much of the treatment. I thought they could've dug in deeper as that would've helped give me some much needed relief. Oh well, I didn't think much of it and left after I was done.
It was until the next day where I was proven wrong! I was very sore but in a good way. My muscles were a lot more loose and free and I felt better than I had in a long time!
I definitely do recommend coming here and getting a massage. I'm sure you'll be as surprised as I was!

I had a massage with Shane and acupuncture with Paul. Both were so friendly, instantly making me feel calm, relaxed and at ease. They were also very professional and knowledgeable, explaining what they were doing every step of the way. I felt great afterwards and Would definitely recommend.

Have been a regular at Paul’s practice over a number of years and quite honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else. Paul’s knowledge and advice is second to none. I have had many injuries and ongoing pains from playing rugby and with a combination of massage and acupuncture they have always been rectified. Paul does not believe in keeping you any longer than necessary for treatment which is a reassuring touch when others I have attended have clearly over egged the treatment plan. Keep up the good work Paul and no doubt see you again soon!

I first went to Paul a while ago with what I call computer neck, which was sorted with a course of acupuncture, the pain has never returned. I have since sustained a very painful & debilitating elbow injury & a visit to Paul has, again, been sorted with a course of acupuncture. I took advantage of the free posture assessment, as I slouch & have pain in my hip when walking. After a course of treatment & sticking to the advice given by Daniela, I am walking tall & sitting more comfortably. I attend the clinic once a month to iron out any niggles & keep myself pain free. I cannot praise Paul & his team highly enough. The level of care & service received is exceptional, you are made to feel welcome & at ease from the moment you are greeted by Emma at reception. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this clinic to anyone who is looking for drug free pain relief....oh by the way,they listen.

Most of all I value Paul's experience and expertise albeit his sense of humour also comes high on my list. I have had rheumatoid arthritis for 46 years and when I experienced extreme pain in my neck, the physiotherapist suggested that I consider acupuncture. Not only has the pain diminished considerably since the treatment started, I am now also able to move my head from side to side with relative ease. I have no reservations about recommending this clinic to anyone who is considering having a course of treatment here.

As a patient of Paul Clusker for over 15 years, I am full of praise for Paul's professionalism, Skill and care for my well being. Not only is Paul extremely friendly, knowledgeable, Intuitive and sensitive, importantly his techniques often produce immediate results and improvements. Paul has offered considerable advice over the years, along with some 'homework' resulting in me just having to return for some occasional MOT's throughout the year to iron out any minor niggles relating to my lower back pains.
He is an excellent practitioner, heading up a really helpful, accommodating and friendly team.

I came to see Paul when the pain below my right knee had become so intense that when I stood up I was struggling to walk. I had been treated by Paul previously and had faith that he would be able diagnose and treat the problem. Due to poor posture sat at my laptop over several months my back muscles had stretched leading to misalignment of ligaments and joints all the tension was placed at the top of my calf . Paul and Daniella put a treatment plan together.
After several sessions of acupuncture, osteopathy, being made to stand tall and exercises the misalignment was corrected and the pain reduced. My core strength developed as Daniella gradually introduced exercises each week which were manageable and sustainable. I never felt pressurised to do the exercises but motivated to regularly exercise between sessions as I steadily experienced a reduction in pain and an increase in my mobility and agility.
Additionally I had been unable to play tennis and Daniella would not let me play until my core strength had reached an acceptable standard. I was also given exercises specifically designed to improve my coordination.
I am now on the maintenance programme alternating fortnightly between a massage session lasting an hour and a session of osteopathy. This flags up any problems which can be dealt with promptly.
Daniella's enthusiasm and encouragement has been inspiring and motivating and I am grateful to Paul and Roschin who have been involved in my care. Additionally my tennis game is the strongest it has ever been. Thank you to all of you that have worked together to get me back on track.

If you’re in pain and tired of paying out for terrible massages; try Shane. He is totally competent and enthusiastic about what he does. I have complete trust and after just a few visits and a little “homework” I’m feeling lots better. I always come away feeling revived and upright! I recommended a friend after the very first session because I felt this was a fantastic medical massage treatment.
Each time I have visited, progress has been made. Thanks 😊

My husband and myself have been seeing Paul for many years.he is a miracle worker,always sorts us out. Also I have been seeing Daniela,she is a lovely lady and very professional.we wouldn’t go anywhere else..

What can I say it was a miracle. I’m a single mother and I was having serve back pain and I couldn’t walk properly and I needed to get back on my feet ASAP as having to deal with the kids.I went on the Monday after having massage from Shane I was obviously a bit sore but by the Wednesday I was mobile again thank you so much Shane you are highly recommended and have recommended you to a least 10 ppl already... see you in the new year

I have been seeing Paul and his team on and off for around ten years. My first appointments were weekly to start off with and gradually decreased with the pain and discomfort subsiding considerably. I now visit on occasions when I have a flare up and within a few appointments I'm feeling well again.

Paul is a lovely, kind gentleman and goes more than out of his way to understand where the problem is and the best treatment to help. He takes his time and is an expert in his field. I had visited many different people before seeing Paul and none helped relieve the pain and symptoms that Paul managed to do in his professional but caring way.

I can't recommend Paul and his team highly enough. True professionals who really care about you.

Started using paul and now his team some 3 years ago I have some disc issues and was advised an operation to release the sciatic nerve from the disc was the best solution but it had a high chance 20% of permanent damage and not being able to walk or regular treatments . At thought at 49 I thought playing football was over .
I decided operation was a no no and went online to find treatment . I was drawn to paul on several criteria
1) looked professional
2) also did Accipuncture
3) looked local and friendly

Paul put me at ease on initial visit I gave him my MRI scans where paul gave me the news he could help and I should be able to see play footie again !!

Every step of the way paul explained the treatment and excises to do in between ,
( unfortunately I didn’t always do these )
But was playing football again within 6/7 weeks ..... since I have had flare ups and other injuries calf hamstring quad etc etc paul and the team have sorted me out sometimes with very little notice .

I would and have recommended paul and team many times and wouldn’t hesitate to in the future .
