I came to the Back care & acupuncture clinic with the intention of just having the one discounted session I saw online.
Jonathan manipulated my back & came through with a complete & thorough explanation of my issues.
Straight away I signed up for a full course of treatment. I've got to say my back, hips & knees feel stronger & much more effective.
I have another 3 sessions left.
Coupled with all the treatment & manipulation, the professionalism & knowledge that Jonathan brings is second to none ,
He's also a friendly chap.
I sleep better, my posture has dramatically improved in the gym & in general.
Much appreciated.

I contacted The back and acupuncture clinic in real pain with back pain, after the first appointment I felt 100% better and could straighten up after a couple of hours, after been in so much pain for days before. I two follow up appointments and each time back has improved dramatically. Would throughly recommend booking an appointment with Apurva she is brilliant!!

Went to the clinic with severe sciatica and was in extreme pain. Apurva could see how much pain I was in and decided to treat me straight away.. with a combination of manipulation, massage and acupuncture within a couple of sessions I was able to walk properly again.. I’m totally pain free now but still go to see Apurva as she’s teaching me exercises that are helping me daily. I honestly can’t believe how professional and caring Apurva is and how after a few minutes of explaining my discomfort she knew exactly where to manipulate my back with almost instant relief .

I suffer with fibromyalgia and my back and shoulder pain was unbearable. Johnathan took the time to listen and figure out a treatment plan. Over a few months of weekly appointments and exercises to do at home my pain has reduced significantly to a level a didn’t think was possible. I can’t thank you enough. I had a rotary cuff injury to my shoulder which prevented me from moving my arm upwards and behind my back. I was in a lot of pain. After less than 3 months I had full movement upwards and 70% less pain. Apurva Singh has been excellent at getting full movement back into my shoulder and continues to work magic. I'm very grateful I was recommended to the clinic.

I had a very bad sciatica problem. I came to the Back care and acupuncture clinic. I was assessed and a plan was tailor made for me. I started to improve by a few sessions of massage and acupuncture.
The I started to walk without a walking stick. My therapist was Apurva Singh. The atmosphere is very pleasant, calm and relaxing. The treatment is effective.

Very knowledgeable and helpful staff. I went there with neck pain and within 3 months it was virtual gone! Worth every penny! Would definitely recommend.

Megan is an excellent practitioner who makes you feel immediately feel at ease. Have been suffering with shoulder pain, but after several half hour appointments pain has reduced significantly .

Not been coming long had about 5 apts now. Finding the sessions have helped me a lot. Apurvya is very helpful and explains what is happening with the treatment. My pain has been reduced since having the treatment. Works out better value to block book as you basically get almost a session free.

After seeing Johnathon for back pain I have suffered with for years I can honestly say that my back has never felt better. He is exceptionally good at what he does so if you're looking for a brilliant chiropractor look no further, I really don't think you will find one better!!

I have suffered with back pain for many years, I have had a few sessions with Jonathan and I feel a lot better. I still get the odd days where I have some pain but Jonathan gave me some exercises to do at home which helps immensly he is very friendly and puts you at ease I would definitly recommend him.

After suffering with constant shoulder, forearm and back pain for years I decided to seek professional help as my career was being affected. The doctors surgery sent me for an x Ray and their results were simply "arthritic" pain. I was assured that nothing can be done.
After several more years of pain I decided I would pay for a private consultation with Johnathan Latham.
He took the time to thoroughly discuss everything relating to my posture during my working and leisure time so that he could evaluate the possible causes of my pain. This was then followed by a gentle examination of my range of motion to further assess the problem.
Once Johnathan had completed his initial investigation he thoroughly discussed the causes and what he planned to do to correct and then prevent any further issues.
After only a handful of session I am now pain free and have been given the tuition to keep that way as Johnathan takes the time to give his patients a full understanding of the cause, corrective procedure and most importantly the way to prevent issues.
With a depth and breadth of knowledge that is second to none, I recommend Johnathan wholeheartedly.

Danielle was wonderful knew exactly what was wrong before I told her. Very happy with progress made over 24 appointments, I'm not perfect but going in the right direction.

Daniela was my therapist and from the first consultation to my last session, she has been a true professional. I had never had sceptical at first however after experiencing extreme shoulder pain, it was relieved to a degree it was bearable. Subsequent sessions have reduced the pain further, and work on my posture and spine has been really worthwhile. Honestly I cannot recommend Daniela highly enough. Very professional, very empathetic and supportive. The rest of the team are incredibly helpful, friendly and follow up what they say they will do. I could not ask for more. I have now booked a massage and got further sessions booked to maintain the work on my shoulder. If in pain, please use this team and the acupuncture sessions. Daniela thank you so much.

From the first consultation to the end of the treatment I was well informed throughout. With specific massage and acupuncture and a few home exercises to help. Each session I saw a massive improvement in movement and a reduction in the pain I was feeling.
All of the staff were friendly and very helpful in bright and clean environment.

I’ve had a good experience with Jonathan, one of the doctors at the clinic. I’ll make this short and simple as I’m not the one to write reviews. He’s good at what he does and I’ll highly recommend him. Best chiropractor ever.

Ive been seeing Jonathan for treatment to my back for the last 3 months, following a painful reoccurrence of lower back pain that I have been suffering from on and off over the past 5 years - no doubt exacerbated by working from home on a laptop for the past year. Rather than a simple quick fix, Jonathan took the time to fully diagnose a complex mix of problems and dealt with the short term pain, but also developed a programme of treatment and bespoke exercises that would build core strength and flexibility. 3 months down the line I feel far better, and have a daily exercise routine that I can already feel is delivering results. Thank you Jonathan, I will be back for a routine check in every few months to make sure your good work has lasting benefits

Struggled with back and hip pain for a while and saw Megan at back care and acupuncture for a sports massage. Really loosened my back up and made me able to move alot better than before. Would definitely recommend and I'll be going back as soon as I can.
