Poor show from the start.
Can’t unfortunately comment on the standard of any work as unfortunately after calling them and waiting for over 10 minutes for the phone to be answered gave up. (I called both numbers on the website with the same result from both). I followed these attempted calls with an email 2 days ago which has not been responded to either. I note from previous negative reviews on here that they get a somewhat forceful response usually stating that the reviewer is wrong. On this I cannot comment but in this instance I can confidently state that I attempted to call both numbers, waited 10 minutes each time for the call to be answered, followed with an email and no response to that either. A shame. From the positive reviews left on here the standard of work seems good. Just a pity I’ll never get to find out.
Further to the above, the response below and the email received and replied to on Saturday morning some 24 working hours after sending it......... 10 minutes with no answer on either published telephone number and, given the current challenges faced by us all that own their own businesses, no automated message setting a prospective customers expections is not a good initial experience. Being a predominantly mail order business it is great news and clearly a testimony to the standard of work carried out that, given the current challenges, the level of business prevents the timely answering of an incoming enquiry or email, which was responded to faster than 48 working hours..... to discuss my review..
As stated in this review it is a real shame I cannot put a review on here regarding the repair service. I have no doubt that the repair service is excellent given the predominantly positive reviews but facts are facts and I was unable to get a response via the published telephone numbers, there is no setting of expectations when calling either number and no automated email response letting a prospective customer know it is likely to be 48 working hours before emails are responded to. Which is not a great initial experience.

Sent a fiat 5oo display unit to be repaired on th promise of a three day turnaround,it took nearly three weeks to get the unit back,when I questioned why it took so long they told me that the workshop was under refurbishment. Two months later the unit was showing the same fault,when I called about the warranty I was told that the workshop was being refurbished and I would have to wait two and a half weeks for the unit to be fixed. How many times is the workshop going to be refurbished? Or is this there stock answer to everyone when they get it wrong? To belive a customer can be without there car for this amount of time when they have paid good money for the repair is beyond me

Within 48 hours of the unit being received by these guys I was called to say it had been fully repaired and on the way back.
Extremely efficient and looking forward to using them again!!!

Sent my instrument cluster to this company having been recommended by a member of my car group. Application form online was easy to complete. Spoke to a rep over the phone assured me the work could be done. Although the work took longer than advised it was worth bearing in mind it was a bank holiday and also the work was more involved than originally thought at no extra cost (complete rebuild)
My instrument cluster was returned the very next day after payment. It was well packaged. Upon installing back into my car l found the work the work to be exceptional resolving my issue. Very happy. Would use again without hesitation.

i am an experienced auto-electrician self employed for 15 years and these guys are cowboys who will get aggressive with you at the first mention they havent actually done anything to your item. i sent in a cluster for test as i wasnt 100% sure it was the issue everything pointed to the cluster, so it was sent in and they said we have had to make repairs to it it was all corrupted, i got the cluster back same problem no communications with various under bonnet ecus including immobilser and engine ecu "pcm" same thing when it came back, rang him up and assured me it was a fault, said he would fit a new board to it as it may be corrupted, sent it back it reappeared 4 days later , refitted it to the car same problem no change , spent around 4 hours checking cabling in and around under bonnet ecus, turned out to be a broken earth wire at the PCM fixed the earth break to the engine management pcm and it started straight up. so nothing wrong with the cluster, on calling him he was very aggressive with me as i discussed the fact that my customer was not going to be charged for the £165 repair fee and i would only be charging them for the test fee £65, so i lost £100 straight away, these guys cant be trusted to be honest so take you chances and pay your money and good luck, ps there are loads of reputable companies out there

I had a cluster fault on my Ford Focus. I was quoted over £1000 to replace the faulty unit by Ford Dealership. I found Cluster Repairs online and booked an appointment for what they call a 'full rebuild' (repair the faulty unit without needing to reprogramme keys etc). They offer a two-hour service, where you drop your car off and they fix and return your car to you in two hours. I couldn't even start my car, due to the fault and one of their guys talked me through how to bypass the fault so that i could drive it up to Waltham Abbey. This two hour service cost me £180 and comes with a two year warranty. My car is now working perfectly. What a great service. I am amazed by some of the negative reviews and this is why I have submitted this review. Their customer service was excellent and very friendly. I cannot recommend them enough. I would definitely use them again without hesitation. If you have a cluster fault that they can fix and you can get your car to them...go for the two hour service.

Not a positive experience from start to finish.I sent a working sat nav head unit which was returned as fixed but had no power.The unit was returned and retained by the company for five weeks.A series of excuses follows with the unit claimed to be again fixed but it was still not working.Im now left having to source a new unit .Not good at all and I wish I had never used this company..

These guys are experts and I have to disagree with the previous reviews. I booked my Audi TT in, drove it to there unit in Waltham abbey and to be frank couldn't be happier with the service. I arrived a little late, there was no complaint from them about this. The dash was removed perfectly, with no damage or any mess inside the car. Two hours later (after having a little lunch and smashing some balls on the driving range located 100 yards away) I was called to collect the car. The pixelated dash had been repaired perfectly and for 228.00 I couldn't be more satisfied. I can see why they are considered to be about the best In the business. I was given an invoice, that states there is a 2 year warranty which is amazing considering the display is such a fragile thing and from what I understand is a fault that Audi know about. The highest recommendation I can give is that they are efficient, fairly priced and if the previous reviewers couldn't get a response on the phone then I have no clue why. I called 4 times, and every time the phone was answered and the response was positive.
Avoid if possible.
Very poor communication. It took more that two weeks when they told me 1 to 3 days turn around. I got my cluster back with pixelated screen still after having been charged for full repair. These people aren't professionals.
