The Y20 is a decent bike and well processed.
The assembly is easy nevertheless the documentation is uncompleted.

I have an AL26 bike, and it no longer works. It shows multiple error codes, and the front light has burned out and started smoking.

Your customer support has been very poor. It takes a long time to receive any response, and when I finally do, I only receive a picture of some error codes without any proper explanation or solution.

I mailed and ask about a discount code on website that dident work. but no answear

At first I was really unsure of this company, since they made some mistakes along the way of me getting my bike. The company seems to have good employees though, because even though it took some time they made sure to correct their mistakes and make me as a costumer satisfied. Thank you Andy for your commitment to help me, you changed my whole perspective of this company. They should be so happy to have you.

Now that I got my bike and have tried it for a few days, I can really recommend their bikes. It's really nice in every way, and it really exceeded my expectations.
I have tried it on different types of ground, and it's really steady and feels safe even on high speeds. Me personally have never liked biking before, but this is completely different. It's way more fun and the seat is so much more comfortable than other ones.

The wire that should connect the battery to the charger plug is broken and disconnected, the battery is impossible to charge. I wrote an email to the after sales service but got no reply! After two days of being stuck I had to solve the problem myself! Thanks!

I am sooo kappy with my 2 bikes, KS26 and Y20.I bought them with one Year difference.I already made over 4000 km with one and close to 2000 with the second one...They stay like the first day, I get compliments all the time and already reccomend them to some of my peers and relatives. I reccomend hydraulic brakes versions.

There are great quality, reliable and battery keeps lasting over 60km if not more at lower gears...
One of the best investments I have done ever, health and economy wise since I do my daily cardio, they are soooo much fun to ride and I save lots of money on gas. I would buy them again without a shadow of a doubt.

The user manual by delivery are only 4 sites, are too short. There is no information to get more information. After the email to the info adress I got an user manual in english 30 sites long
