i like everything about C & M Hayes except the web-site.i have used it three times to shop so far and each time has taken nearly an hour and left me irritated. This last time I managed to order 36 eggs instead of 12. The whole process seems very clonky so I will probably return to phoning in my orders again if that is OK

Highly recommended smooth transition from start of order too delivery. Delivery driver was an outstanding member of their team.

My delivery arrived promptly yesterday and all the fresh fruit and vegetables were in prime condition. I also appreciated the opportunity to receive other grocery items such as tinned soup, milk and fruit juice.
One item was missing from my order; Greek yogurt, but the helpful, friendly driver said that as she was going shopping herself later, she would buy the yoghurt and drop it off for me later. This she did. I am most grateful to her as I have been unwell and unable to drive.

I like the veg boxes. I buy the smallest and that includes veg, fruit and salad. It’s very good value.
Last week there was: potatoes, carrots, parsnips, broccoli, cauliflower, lettuce, cherry tomatoes, beetroot, cucumber, 3 bananas, 2 pears, 2 apples, 2 satsumas and a bunch of grapes.
All nice and fresh.
I also bought a few other things.

I have ordered from C & M Hayes since the first Covid lockdown when it was difficult to get an online delivery from a supermarket. I've always found their fruit and vegetables are of an excellent quality and are from local growers when possible. The website is easy to use, there is a good choice of products and everything is delivered to my door. I am an extremely satisfied customer.
